This company is Great. I never imagined that I would need a bail bondsman but unfortunately I did. Remedy Bail Bonds made the procedure for bailing my son out smoothly. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL are the only words I can use to describe the staff here. The business is family owned and one of the employees (Melissa) is just a puppet at the hands of the ultimate disrespectful, arrogant, smart mouthed EDWARD whos relationship to her I do not know. However, Edward has openly disrespected myself and MY MOTHER on several different occasions. From talking like hes speaking to one of his children to blatantly hanging up the phone in our faces! The ***** even had the audacity to offer me an ULTIMATUM after I already made it more than clear that I do not currently have ANY MONEY which is not a bail bondsmans problem (yes I know) however you dont offer an ultimatum for me to bring in 125 bucks today followed by a THREAT that my mother will be taken to small claims court otherwise. So UNPROFESSIONAL and SO NOT GETTING AWAY WITH IT. He hung up in my face twice and once I used the term unprofessional he tried to counteract it with he hung up because I was yelling which I never yelled once. HOWEVER EVEN IF I DID Im the client and HE is the buisness associate your supposed to MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL ora regardless of how the **** you feel. They teach you that as a cashier at a fast food restaurant but your supposed to be an employee at a BAIL BONDS COMPANY and you STILL dont understand professional conduct and good customer service has NO EMOTIONS. I am livid and I am not letting the situation go. I checked his *** on his rudeness towards my mother and he chose to make a mockery of the situation and do the very same thing again (simply hang up.) Another discrepancy that Im battling with this RUDE MF is what my remaining balance REALLY IS. Every month I had been paying a grand total of 250 dollars. NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT up until my personal income stopped which left me with 2 remaining payments. Somewhere through the midst of it all once of my payments was either LOST (I wouldnt be surprised) or STOLEN (I wouldnt be surprised) because ironically that was around the time that my bail agent (Richard) was TERMINATED and for an entire month I had No IDEA. Throw the whole establishment away because they **** is RAGGEDY and there ATTITUDES primarily EDWARD makes you not want to pay they sorry asses another red cent. I am PISSED
