I was talking to my neighbor about a problem that my mechanic couldnt figure out. I had to go back 3 times and had 3 different bills for a problem they just couldnt get right. My neighbor referred me to Dealers tire. My car was leaking oil and i was just over it.So i dropped my Audi Q7 at Dealers for them to figure it out. I told them about the troubles I had been having getting the job done right. They called me a few hours later and asked me to come back down to the shop so they could show me what was going on. They showed me where the oil was coming from, started the car while it was up in the air and had me look at a specific place. Sure enough, there was oil leaking.As a woman, I really appreciated that they did that. The boss said he wanted me to feel totally comfortable and confident in what we were doing. They sent me a picture while they were doing the work! Amazing place, and they didnt know me from a hole in the wall. I will NEVER go any place else.

Rene has great customer service told me “I care about your safety” helped me out this morning I was having some lug nut issue from other shop that didn’t know what they were doing they helped me in less than 5min I was in and out. Appreciate thank you will be back soon. Highly recommended place.

One of the most honest places for all your vehicle care needs. They work fast, are trustworthy and are very fairly priced. Some loser decided to cut my catalytic convertor off my truck about a year ago. My insurance covered it, thank god. So I took it to a shop and the fixed it. I had to get my truck to a smog check place so I could get my tags. The wouldnt pass me as they said I had illegal catalytic convertors. The smog guy explained to me that the convertors in california are special and need to have a special number on them. I did some research and its true. So the last shop screwed me over. The smog guy told me to call Dealers because they were honest and would help me out.I spoke to the manager and he offered to help. He asked me for my insurance company info and assured me he would take care of it. The manager called my insurance company and explained what happened. Long story short, they dealt with all the problems and headaches and got me new, legal parts from the dealership. They took pictures and sent me photos of the parts they got. You can trust these guys with your first born.

Dealers is my go-to for auto service. The staff are very courteous; Ive dealt with Rene a few times and its always a pleasure. They have reasonable pricing and are honest with you about what services are urgent and what you can hold off on - especially important during these uncertain times. Its sounds weird, but I actually look forward to taking my 12-year-old Toyota in for a transmission flush soon. Highly recommend!!!

I was recommended to Dealers tires and wheels from my mechanic for an alignment. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and expediency. But what leads me to write this review was their honesty. I went in for an alignment but after they checked it they told me it was in alignment already and that it did not need to have a new alignment. They told me it was within the factory tolerance levels so I just had an oil change instead. I was in and out within an hour. I plan on using dealers tire and wheel for all future oil changes and alignments if needed. I feel I can trust them based on this experience.

I have used these guys for years and wouldnt think of going anywhere else!! It is really difficult to find an honest mechanic shop these days. Jason and Jay have proven to me time and again that they can be trusted to do only the work needed and not rack up extras like most mechanics Ive encountered. On top of that they have always been expedient and courteous and their work has always been top notch.

This place is awesome and the people are great, friendly, and professional. They will tell you in full detail what is wrong or what the issue is in such a way that if you know nothing about cars you will be able to understand what is being explained very well. They also dont try to take advantage of you. They will tell you all of whats wrong, and what may be wrong, but will fix only what needs to be fixed. I have had other places replace 2 or 3 things that werent bad at all but was just malfunctioning due to another issue but just wanna make the extra. Not these guys, they will test everything to make sure it all runs great, fix what needs fixing, and save you big bucks in the long run. You dont find maybe places like this at all. I plan on doing all car work from here on out!

So glad I found this place. Ive only had basics maintenance done on my car but they never try to up sell me on something I dont need. The online appointment system is great and it keeps track of service done on my car.The one major thing is that everyone here has been very friendly. Just dont sit in the waiting room - you wont want to leave - that couch is too comfy!

Its very hard to find an honest mechanic. I feel very lucky to have found Dealers. I live in Lakewood and I dont mind the drive to Fullerton to get great service from such a caring, honest, friendly, and professional staff. There have been some work that they could not perform and have referred me to other shops that are just as professional as they are. Thats a great sign of confidence from Dearlers.

Went in Monday, 18 Feb 2018, and was greeted by the office person, told him my experience with AAA Road service and they did a diagnostic like they do and said my battery will need changing, so I elected to have it changed.The technician could not get the negative connection off so he suggested I take in to a shop. Also told him that I went to 2 Costcos, the first did not have my battery, the second one did, but they do not install! The Costco person said to go across the street to this place because they do battery installations. Well this guy gave me a quote of $175.00 because they might have to replace the negative connection. Well, being already frustrated i said to go ahead. After, about 30 minutes the job was complete. He told me the connections were fine, did hot have to replace, and they just installed a new battery. So the bill ended up being $173.00! for a Delco battery that they will not guarantee! He claims that the Alternator is going, and he could not guarantee the battery! And if I want a Guarantee that i will need a new stock Alternator, $772! Already being frustrated with the whole morning I said I could not afford this right now and paid for the battery and left. When I got home I reached into my pockets and brought out the AAA Technicians diagnostic printout and remembered he told me it was just my battery that was going and that the Starter and Charging was fine! I felt SCAMMED! Overpaid for a Battery that they should have GUARANTEED! Nothing is wrong with my charging System! I will not go back to this place! They try to take FULL ADVANTAGE of the vulnerable.

People are always looking for an honest, trustworthy car repair place and this is it. Ive been coming here for over 5 years and wont go anywhere else. I drive over an hour from south oc to have work done on my cars. I recommend this place to everyone and heres why: The owners are always there (super friendly) and are always willing to explain whats going on and what your most reasonable course of action is...not what is the most pricey. They are competitively priced. They are prompt and everything is always done right the first time. The waiting room is comfy. Their restroom is the cleanest Ive ever seen in a repair shop. All in all, I trust them and theyve never given me reason not to.

I’ve been taking my cars to dealers regularly for the last 10 years. To my surprise the business was sold to a new owner - JASEN H. - who is by far the most unprofessional, disrespectful, lack of common sense individual I have ever met who is running this once nice family owned shop ..to the ground !!!I established I would no longer be returning my loyal service to this place after a disagreement with the owner JASEN over a service agreement we had communicated & confirmed via email. In person he completely acted like he had no idea & that our via email confirmation had never taken place. Not only did he try to deny our agreement, he even tried to deny my car had ever been seen there !?Like...what ? Are you serious or are you just not sober right now ?Don’t waste your time with this guy. He’ll just demean you, make an unprofessional scene & you’ll leave with an unpleasant feeling in your soul.I should’ve known right when I walked up to the place and he was going off on a customer ... who literally was storming out before me, now you don’t have to go through the same thing we BOTH did... consider this review a save.... oh & pepboys down the street is awesome!! They’re super nice .. & -$200 cheaper. Good luck.

Great guys. We bought a car for our daughter on Monday. We drove home on the 405 and the car felt like it was driving on ice. We brought it to Dealers based off our neighbors recommendation. Josh helped us out and literally walked us out to the car and showed us all the things wrong with the car. He showed us that the tires were separating. He explained how a tire is made and the layers it has, it made things very easy to understand what was going on. He spent 45 minutes with me and never got impatient with my questions. He also pointed out that the struts were worn out (129k miles). He explained what a strut does and how it affects the tires. He beat the price that Costco gave us on tires that is right across the street. We had him do everything he recommended because we felt like we knew EXACTLY what was going on. I felt like I got an education on how a car works. Ladies you can trust these guys to take care of you. Im 52 years old and dont know much about cars. You can tell he wants you to know what youre spending your money on. I can not recommend this place enough. I have told every single person in my office today about the guys at Dealers. You have a lifetime customer. Thank you so much for taking the time to make me feel comfortable.

When I say these guys are the best I mean they are the best. You have no reason to go anywhere else. The rotated my tires in my Mazda 6 within 15min. Fast and super comfortable lounge area.

Dont go to this establishment!! Very arrogant people !! I came to get some air, I asked this guy if I could get air for my (80 psi) small tank, he bluntly and rudely refused to let me get air to bring my car back to buy tires. Never again!!
