Horrible, Called all morning... No Answer, Emailed twice. Took 16 and a Half hours to get an Insurance Certificate that listed our Company as a holder. And they Got it wrong. Still attempting to get a hold of someone down there. This will be almost twenty four hours at 11 a.m. 09/17/19.They Do Not open at 8.

Blanca is so professional, courteous and best of all, she knows what she is doing. Always returning calls immediately and helping us get the best coverage best suited for our financial needs. Don’t need to go any further, this is my Insurance agent and i recommend it to everyone in the trucking business.

This is the worst insurance agent ever. Paul Krieger (the agent) told me that I can add truck drivers that have 1 year experience, but when I wanted to add 1 year old truck drivers just 1 month after purchasing the insurance, they told me that they could not add drivers that are less than 3 years experience, at lease 2.5 year. What a big liar !!!! I chose this insurance rather than the one that were $2000 cheaper just because this inusrance allowed 1 year old truck drivers. This is my biggest lesson.Also, customer service and communication is poor. They dont really look at what you ask in the email. No online insurance certificate.Be smart, dont go with them.

Ive had several insurance companies in the past but none have even come close to the superior customer service I received at Highway. Mercedes and Blanca are great!

The customer service is terrible, the girl, Jessica, who they have right now is useless, she did not know how to give me a quota that I need less information, I dont know why they have it there, this agency is useless, Veronica, if she helped me with my quota and everything else, Veronicas service was excellent, it is a pity that she is no longer here, I do not recommend her, I will look for another agency, where they give me good service

This agency is the worst I do not recommend it to anyone. You can never talk to anyone, leave a message and ignore them, I am asking for a quote since 9 days ago and still nobody can give me information. They are a disaster or even a Stretch they deserve.
