Everything detailed, no surprises, and they left the yard looking like they had never been there. I couldnt have asked for better service. Second time for great service with Timber Works!! Frank did a fabulous job with forest mulching that included several major downed trees and tackling bamboo that had run rampant. He quickly ascertained what our goals were and even accomplished a task that we had planned for the next visit - all with a super end result. Kudos for the work ethic and professionalism! The crew arrived on time - cut 50 tree trunks (from construction clearing) into the size we wanted, and chipped the soft woods. Great mulch piles, right where we specified. They also cleared/forest mulched/shredded a huge pile of tree debris from construction clearing and worked it until the area looked clean and ready to regenerate. Hired to do timber mulching about an acre of land. Also, to clear overgrowth around our vacation home to open up the property. All was done very efficiently. We hired them for two days and all the work needed was completed. Ben is an amazing individual who listened to our requests and did them with a smile. Also very personable. The dirt spot in the yard was the only reminder there had been a tree previously. As a disabled VET, I was given this donation of cutting down a few of my trees which were old and have split already a few times. Removed a large oak tree in a matter of about 2 hours. Tree was located in a hard to reach location and was close to a main road. They also saved all the smaller trees around it.

For the tree removal, the company offered me a good price to have all eight trees removed or trimmed at one time, which was nice. The work was done on schedule, efficiently and quickly. As to the firewood, it was of good quality, and delivered on schedule. I will certainly not hesitate to use Timber Works again, and I have recommended them to my neighbors.

A storm came through where one of the larger limbs fell from our dying oak tree and it truly brought home the potential danger right in our backyard. I was very nervous and apprehensive due to the size and proximity. I went for four different quotes and Jack’s calmness, follow-up and professionalism was what set Timber Works apart. I was given a detailed, itemized list of exactly what to expect, along with recommendations and their associated cost. There was no surprises, no hidden itinerary, which allowed us to effectively shift our budget around.I won’t even get into the acrobatic, strength, and agility the team displayed. They arrived promptly as scheduled, relentlessly worked around the clock all the while keeping site of our neighbor’s as well as our personal property. How they managed to not destroy my roses underneath is testament to how good these guys are. Even after putting in long hours, they offered to help move a few patio furniture that was damaged from the storm and set them curbside for the trash man to haul away the next day. We had a fairly large job for a homeowner. A number of old trees grew very closer and over our newly purchased home. We contacted several tree services to come look at the project and provide an estimate of the work and costs. Right away, we liked Jack! Timber Works isnt just concerned with taking trees down. They have certified arborists who also care about conservation and the health of the trees remaining.Our job took 3 days to complete and included climbers, a bucket truck, several tractors, chipper, and numerous trucks hauling away the debris. The workers had obstacles such as the house/deck, shed, electrical lines, propane tank, well, and septic system to work around.We appreciate that this company is safety conscious. All workers wore hard hats, eye protection, hearing protection, and no open jackets or anything hanging that could get caught in a chipper. Several of the workers wore microphones/ear pieces to communicate with each other, which is very important when trying to precisely drop branches and trunks so as not to fall on the house!The men cleaned up each night, stowing all their gear and generally raking and clearing up as they went. Jack met with us and reviewed what had been completed each day and what to expect the next. These guys were all friendly and professional.After the trees had been removed, they ran a mulcher over the property that had been cleared, mulching all the remaining leaves and small branches so that the ground will be ready to seed in the spring.Timber Works not only met our expectations, but far exceeded our expectations! We are looking forward to working with them over the next year or so as we clean up our five acres of heavily wooded property!

Prompt, professional, polite and efficient. Their work is neat. We needed a large brush pile removed. We got a written estimate for the job in 24 hrs and the work was done two days later. Boulders were relocated, tree stumps hauled away and the large amount of dirt in the pile was spread and leveled. Work site was left clean, not full of scattered shred. Well turn to them for the next job we have.

WOW these guys are great! I had a big tree limb fall on my house and needed it removed yesterday. Jack Donohue answered my phone call on the first ring and came out that day to provide me a quote to remove the limb, which was removed the next day. He even put a tarp on my roof to help keep the rain out until the roof could be repaired. He cleaned up the tree debris after removing the limb and it looked as though the tree had never fallen. As a result of this I had him remove the remaining tree, and prune a tree in the back yard. All quality work, fast, and thorough.

I had a large dead maple tree about 20 feet from my home that had to come down. There were also a couple of trees overgrown and hanging over the house. Jack came out the day after I called, gave a very satisfactory estimate, and marked the trees. His crew arrived as promised and make short work of the trees.
