Megan was quick to respond to our first meeting. We had a number of items to discuss to include bundling insurance for our residence and cars as well as insuring a new property. Megan asked relevant questions to fully understand what we needed. She took a few days to research and was able to reduce the premium on our cars by 50% and found an excellent policy for the new property. The next time we met, Megan had all paperwork ready and answered a couple follow on questions. She is very personable and professional and we are pleased to be on her client list.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I witnessed the worst possible customer service provided by a so called manager. She acted like she didnt even care about a situation that another customer was in. If her horrible customer service wasnt enough, her work attire was completely inappropriate.
