Jade is the best! Quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. She also has a great personality and memory! 2021 was our 3rd year to use her. My husband is self employed which can make for a very tricky tax filing. She always gets us the most deductions possible. They also let you pay after you get your refund. Office location is great too. Hubby and I usually make a date out of our tax day, going to a near by movie theater and Cheesecake Factory.

We have had a rental property in MN and a couple small businesses over these 8 years and Jade understands the tax laws and can advise on our best approach to how to make the most of our businesses. Ive done business here for several years and I cant imagine bringing my semi-complex taxes to anyone else. Pat and his team are absolutely outstanding professionals. Very reasonably priced and personable. Im always nervous around that time of the year and like a good doctor Pat sidetracks you with conversation and before you know it the xanax kicks in and the procedure is over. I came to Tax Time because of all the great reviews. I had a horrible experience with them. I came to get my 2016 taxes done, and also to get an adjustment from an incorrect state return from 2014 when I worked in New Jersey.They werent able to get a higher return for me than TurboTax could for 2016 since my taxes were pretty simple. No problem, I can do it on my own and I was grateful they were transparent about it and didnt charge me unnecessarily.They confirmed that I paid too much in taxes in 2014, and helped prepared the form for me to get the adjustment for $50. I send it in, and I thought it was all figured out. A few months later, I got a letter from NJ saying I actually owed $1000! I contacted Tax Time again, and the receptionist Jade was extremely rude. I called maybe 3 times for each call back, and she wouldnt let me talk to Pat. She even asked me to get out the letter from NJ and read to me word for word what it said. I can read just fine, thank you very much. I needed an accountant to help me, not an English teacher. After a few weeks of dealing with her, I lost my patience and she finally transferred me to Pat. He helped me write another letter to NJ. I thought again, this issue was resolved. Again, a few months later NJ sent me a letter saying they actually didnt owe me anything. Ive called several times and also emailed asking for help, but Ive been ignored.It has now been a full year. I dont even want to go back there to ask for my $50 back, and I still did not get my 2014 adjusted.

Made an appointment. CameIn, no one at front desk. Rang bell several times and nothing. Called and no one picked up. Waited 26 minutes and finally left.

Terrible. Never received my refund and 6 months later they take out their $475 fee with no heads up.

We have been going to Tax Time for over 5 years now and would never go anywhere else!
