Cindy is one of the rare, truly special people that you only come across in life a few times. It is difficult to put into words just how much care, attention, professionalism, tact, knowledge, skill, and research Cindy put into our home selling and home buying experience. In each of these areas, she set new levels of standards that few in her profession can hope to reach.We sold our house during the initial months of COVID-19, and bought our current home during summer 2020. Throughout the entire time, Cindy was responsive and quick, helping us navigate challenges. She completely understood our needs and worked tirelessly to surpass our expectations. I met Cindy through a mutual friend(referral), I had heard how awesome she was. So, I briefly told her what I was looking for in my home when we had an informal meeting(I had already found one online a couple of weeks back before meeting her), but I didnt tell her about it. She suggested for me to go a see a house that she felt would be something I would like & the crazy thing was she took me exactly to the house that I had found online!!!! Cindy listens to your wants and needs, shes the real deal, I am serious!!!! She also helped us with the process of selling of our home, this wonderful lady has it together. We put our home on the market and our house sold within a few days, multiple offers(we do live in a desirable location). But, honestly all of her advice and hard work is what help our house sell so fast. Not only she has been a great agent to us, but I feel like she is friend of ours. I trust her and she is so sweet and caring, I have never worked with an agent that I looked forward to talking to seeing, I have not had a good experience with the past agents. So, I couldve been a little tough on Cindy. She is so customer service driven and polite and of all things she is brilliant!!
