Samantha Sample is an amazing person and she really listens to what youre saying. She gives great techniques and goals to work on for whatever you may need. Samantha made me feel as if she were my friend with the way I was able to open up to her. Great person/ therapist.

April Dodson is amazing and has done wonders for our marriage. I appreciated that she had real life and professional experience that helped us relate and trust her. She gave us great tools and guided us through some tough issues impacting our marriage. I could have never imagined that my husband and I would have a much more closer relationship with so much more understanding of each other. She has been so helpful and taught us so much. 5 stars is not nearly enough!

Mamoona Hassan is wonderful and amazing. She has helped me so much, and I feel so much better after seeing her. I feel such a positive change in myself. She have really taught me a lot and I’ve learned so much from her. She is wonderful!

Mahnaz Wilson is great and gave me a lot of insight. However, the whole billing department and also certain supporting staff including receptionists like Sean were not always the most helpful/friendly and almost made me not want to continue with therapy at all. Nonetheless, the therapist themselves do a great job and I would definitely recommend Mahnaz.

Apple is responsive and efficient in processing appointments and payments. And my therapist Delisa Deutsch is knowledgeable and gentle. A great experience all the way around!

Apple Counseling has helped me tremendously. I started having anxiety/depression at the end of last year and wanted to get help. I met with Trudi weekly and she helped get my anxiety under control. Her room was very calming and I loved going. She taught me coping mechanisms and asked questions that got me thinking, always trying to get to the root of why I was feeling the way I was. She is also very available over text and email, making scheduling easy. I now meet with her monthly because we both feel I am now able to manage my anxiety better. Big thumbs up for Apple Counseling!

I saw two different counselors for several months here, and came to know and love them dearly! They genuinely care about my issues/mental health, lovely facility and other staff. I have recommended it to several friends and will continue to do so.

They dont answer phone calls and the front office staff is rude yet not helpful. I emailed the patient forms to them yet they said they received nothing so they canceled my appointment. We are going there for help but the front staff gave me unwanted stress... Not sure if its worth going...

Dani Larsen in the Frisco office is amazing! My husband and I have been her clients for the last three months. We clicked with her immediately. She listens and truly helps to provide techniques that will help up grow and resolve our issues. Dani is realistic that our issues are going to take time and is very patient when we have those weeks when we back slide a bit. She truly cares about our well being and that we succeed and improve our relationship. We have had a great experience with the front office as well. Always helpful when it comes to scheduling or cancelling an appointment. I highly recommend Apple Counseling!

The therapist I saw was amazing, however Emma the office manager was one of the most difficult and frustrating individual I have ever spoken to. Oh and they NEVER answer their phones. I would love if the owner could call me.

Jennifer Anderson (Maupin) has been my sons counselor and I highly recommend her to anyone. She is has been incredible to work with and really helps my son with his emotional needs. I have seen vast improvements since he started working with Ms. Jennifer. She is skilled in meeting the needs of her young patients and handles conflict with divorced parents beautifully.

Michelle Apple has been a tremendous asset in helping me navigate some very challenging personal issues. I am thankful for Michelle Apple as she was able to validate my concerns and providing relevant tools to guide m through. The office staff is very professional and polite. Highly recommend!

J. Shannon Dusza is an excellent licensed counselor in Prosper, TX. She is understanding, nonjudgmental, caring, and wise. She helped me through a very difficult time in my life. I would not have been able to navigate the emotional journey, with its highs and lows, on my own. I highly recommend her services through Apple Counseling.

Love the front office staff. They are truly helpful and work very hard to make their clients happy by getting them in for appointments quickly. They attempt to return all call the same day and we are even bulking up on office staff to improve in this area. We are always wanting to do better as a practice. I was looking for a Farsi speaking Therapist around the Plano area and I found Yas Farrokh. I highly recommend you go and see her at Apple Counseling (Frisco location). Shes a great listener, very caring, very friendly, easy to talk to and very professional. Although I only had a few sessions with her since last month I do feel much better after each Therapy session. I wish I could give Mrs. Yas Farrokh more than 5 stars because shes just amazing!

I have been a client of Apple for almost 6 months. Their office staff is friendly, my counselor is warm and caring and the location (Frisco) is convenient, clean, calming and normally has plenty of parking.

Very unhappy with the Prosper location. Unprofessional. Her counselor treats her more like a friend then someone giving helpful advice.

The absolute WORST experience ever. Just trying to make an appt stresses you out. It sucks when you’re already going through something difficult and then you have people who answer the phone- who are supposed to be the face/frontline of the business being rude. First off in order just for them to run your insurance to see if they even accept it will cost you $75 (as told to me by Allison) and even if they don’t take your insurance you “might” get it back. I was then told that “fine” they will check my insurance but I cannot make an appt. Isaid that was ok. I later received a call from Shawn who said to me “I understand you were having some confusion about your insurance or about your credit card?” Ummm no. I told her there was no confusion and I was just waiting for Allison to call me back to verify if they even take my insurance. Shawn then says well unless you are a client we cannot check your insurance and it’s not $75 it’s only $70. Odd right? Before you make an appt anywhere else they typically run your insurance before even making an appt just to make sure. It seems as though this place is really just trying to take advantage of people who are seeking help. I was trying to make an appt for my 9yr old daughter and they turned a very stressful situation into an even worse situation by their sheer rudeness and lack of unprofessionalism. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. There are people that get into healthcare to help others bc it’s a calling and there’s other people that get into it for the money...it’s clear that Apple Counselig is the latter.

Your child may be helped, but you will get stressed from the process!Poorly organized business - phones are not answered, main web site has no link to appointments web site, appointments have no location. For each appointment you need to call and find out where to go, but remember? - calls are not answered.

Michelle apple is not a good person to do business with. Said one thing and did not keep word. Would not reccommed her to anyone for anything.
