Wish I could show y’all the before picture. I took my Sanita leather clogs here for a simple seam repair and polish and they really hit a home run. I was very surprised at how brand new they came out looking. Great job and a great price. I even gave the tailor a tip!

Do NOT go here! I went in just to have the fabric on my heels repaired. Well when I picked up the shoes I decided to wear them the next day to work, just to realize that the heel on one of my shoes had been broken!!! I was so embarrassed, as it happened at work. I would NOT recommend them.

The young man that works here is amazing he repaired 4 pairs of boots for less than the price of 1 bringing new life to them he was also able to fix where my son took scissors to the barrel of one of my anderson beam boots and the repair is hardly noticeable great work and I will definitely be using yall again

Friendly fast service. Ive been in several times. Boot repair. Purse strap replaced on my Coach purse. They re-enforced the seams and handles on my husbands favorite travel bag that gets overstuffed continually. They are always pleasant and fair priced. Dropped off my very worn boots last Friday and was told they would be ready by Wednesday. They needed new soles and had a ton of scuff marks. When I showed up they were ready to go and looked brand new! I would definitely use them again.

Used to be great. Has plummeted downhill ever since. Brought two pairs of pants was told a few days, then a call said the seamstress was backed up. Two weeks later finally received the pants. Now the issue isn’t with the timing, but rather that they only hemmed one of the pants. This has happened on more than one occasion.

I dropped my shoes off to have heels repaired and cleaned with a promise completion date of 48 hours. I come in to pick up my shoes on the promised date to only find out that they couldnt locate my shoes and when they finally did locate them, they hadnt been worked on. Now they wanted me to wait for them to do them now or come back the next day!What kind of bull is this!I DONT RECOMMEND.

This establishment was with careless with two pair of shoes. This is inexcusable- superglue was used to fix one pair of shoes, and they were fixed in correctly, so now the shoes are ruined. Another pair of boots were resoled incorrectly, leaving them unable to be worn. I will never use this place again! Do not trust your cherished favorites to this place.

Been a regular customer since Stonebriar Mall opened. This is a family owned and operated shop, and always does a great job on my uniforms and leather repairs. Sometimes even same day if time allows! Patience has been tested, but I have never had an item unreturned, and the service they have offered has been worth every penny. Locals have been entrusting their designer shoes clothes and purses to them for over a decade, which is enough for me! Squeaky wheels get the grease but they dont get shined.

I brought two pairs of shoes in to be re-soled. After using each pair once, the soles started falling off! After giving them TWO tries to repair the problem, the soles were still falling off so I asked for my money back. They would only refund one pair.When I told them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau, Alex Livschitz, the son of the owner, LAUGHED IN MY FACE.DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THIS STORE.

Had a pair of cowboy boots that were a gift from my wife 21 years ago, great boots had been through 8 or 9 resoleings but this was probably going to be their last time. The boots were 3 days late, and after being told they were ready I still had to wait when I got there. When they were finally given to me i had to rush out to get my wife to a doctors appt. Later when i tried them on they felt strange, thats when i discovered that they had put i standard work boot heel on in place of the cowboy heel which is taller and narrower. This change the way the boot fitcompletely. Now basicly thay charged me $125 to ruin my boots. If you are willing to spend more than $150 on boots, i have some upwards of $500, these, $200, DO NOT use this business if you want quality.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I dropped off my Burberry purse on the first week of January, 2014 to get the rim and handles fixed and was told by Alla, the owners daughter that it would be ready on January 20, 2014. During this time, I noticed a lady customer was very upset with her because she was told her item was ready to be picked up but when she got there it wasnt ready and nobody had called to inform her but I didnt think much about it at this time (I should have walked out during this moment). Anyhow neatless to say, I came by their place on the 20th like I was told and it WASNT ready, Allas excuse was that she needed more time and of course I said thats fine when will it be ready and she said a couple more days......to make the story short, I made FIVE(5) different trips to this Alla Tailor & Shoe Repair NOT to mentioned the other 2 times she actually called me in advance to let me know it wasnt ready etc...and she ALWAYS has excuses one after another as to why its NOT done!!!! I went there today, Friday February 7 to pick up my purse whether its done or not (as you can tell I have been very patience since this is about a month later) and AGAIN there was a lady customer who was told the same that her item will be ready today and she purposely took off work early and it wasnt ready (as I overheard the conversation since I was behind her in line). This place is ridiculous and they dont seem to care or value their customers. Im usually a very patience person and give people benefit of doubts because we all make mistakes but I will NEVER EVER step foot in this place again. After one(1) month of waiting and it wasnt fixed, I had to have them refund my money back and get this they didnt seem to be happy about it either!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!

This is the only place I will ever take my shoes again! He has rescued four pairs of heels and they always look fantastic! Don’t throw your favorite pair away-take them to JR’s and you won’t regret it!

Update and new pics! Jr. Yet again delivered, this time by stretching and restoring my late fathers Texan made (Pablo Jass) boots. Again, Jr., THANK YOU SO MUCH!This is, BY FAR, one of the best experiences Ive had as a customer of ANYTHING..... PERIOD!!! Jr. is one of the most talented cobblers in the industry. Not only did he repair BOTH of the heels BETTER but they were when they were new.These boots are 14 years old and I have made important memories in them. To be able to repair them was incredibly important and Jr. was able to do WAY MORE than simply repair them. He brought these boots BACK TO LIFE AGAIN!And heres the pics to prove it. Remember, the heels had FALLEN OFF and they were scuffed beyond measure.
