Bryan, as always, let’s me know exactly what needs to be done each time I take my car in for service. I was behind on several things this time and did not have the time to wait there all day. He was able to get me a loner car in less than an hour so that he could get everything done in one visit. I really appreciated not having to make additional trips. I can always trust him to do only what needs to be done. My car was driving like a new car when I left. He has been my service advisor for over a decade. He nor Crest has ever let me down. Today September 28, 2021 we try to buy Cadillac escalade Excel sport original price I think $92,000 but they want to sell it for me for $116,000 they asking for $26,000 mor from the original price and I have sure it’s over by the 2018 One of the Shevi dealer they give me almost $30,000 Cadillac frisco they want to buy my Chevy $22,000 that’s mean my car -$8000 Plus they ask him for $26,000 extra from the Cadillac escalate that’s mean I have to pay $34,000 extra for them car what are you guys think good service
It’s very good to know when you take your car in for service that you’ll be taken care of and not screwed over or told to do extra things that don’t need done. Our service director Logan has been outstanding with us and very knowledgeable about our car along with very flexible and helpful whenever we have questions no matter when it is. Signed up online for the 50 dollar full synthetic 6 qt oil change package. Left with a 125 dollar bill. First the advisor Greg was not pleasant, and didnt show any concern for my business. And that is clear as he failed to even check what i signed up for. If he did, he would have advised that I can not use that service. Either way, the oil i needed was only 20 dollars more. So in the end, 70$ is fine, but no..131 total. It felt like a bait and switch, sign up for one thing, your car cant use that, then they do the work without telling you and present you the bill. No action was taken to correct this, the ol to bad you got the service now pay for it.- Also i was told that this location does not honor the online prices. So be careful and make sure you talk with your advisor on what you will be paying.Update:An attempt was made to give me 2 free oil changes if i removed this review. Not reconsider, or update, but to remove.

I have been dealing with Crest Cadillac at Frisco (on the side of highway 121) for years and they have been very helpful very professional. The service advisors are very knowledgeable very patient very courteous, so are the loan car team, so are the hall worker team, so are the sales team, so are each person I met. They always do excellent work on my car, I have been driving Escalade for years including the marvelous wonderful 2021 version with super cruise bought at this very place, they served my car very well. The service prices are fair and the service advisors try to find ways to cut my cost. The waiting room is huge and very clean, with good coffee, cold water. In summary, they have treated me very well served me very well very professionally. I would like to take this opportunity to thank their whole team. I rely on them and I trust them.
