Quality of work was decent but we had communications issues ultimately resulting in a less than desirable experience. I did receive a small credit as the owner felt bad but I ultimately decided to accept the product delivered and move one. I thought the process was going to be much more collaborative. I met with him once after he received payment for a few minutes. He was late hence the credit. Other than that one meeting we emailed back and forth a few times.Hopefully your experience will differ but in hindsight I wish I would have went with the company I have redoing everything now in the first place as the collaboration and communication is top notch. I didn’t realize what I missed out on until I start with the new company, leading me to feel like I wasted my money with this company.I gave two stars because the product provided was decent.
