Ive gotten so many posters & blueprints done here.The store offers a wide variety of services including- PO boxes, printing, banners, poster prints, well as many other things including banners and flyer designs/prints.Nonetheless, great local business!

The owner of this place is unprofessional, vindictive and terrible at his job. I was renting a mailbox from this place through iPostal1 and one of the basic services this place was supposed to provide was scanning and alerting me when new mail arrives. This afternoon I went to pick up my mail and was given only one out of the two packages of mine that had been delivered. When he gave me just one of the packages he assured me that was all they had for me. After I told him I had record of another package being delivered, he magically found the second package.. sitting on the counter in front of him. I asked him why he had not alerted me that package had been delivered and he got visibly annoyed, threw up his arms and said it was because he was the only one working. While that may have been true, it was no excuse since the place was far from busy (I was the only customer in the store). I left the store and a few hours later received an email saying my mailbox was going to be closed a result of my behavior in the store. Unfortunately for him, he has obligations as a commercial mail receiving agency and cannot simply close anyones mailbox just because he feels like it. At any rate, the way he handled this should be a warning to everyone to choose another vendor for your printing and shipping needs.

This is probably THE best mail and print shop I have ever visited in my entire life. Their customer service is amazing. Their employees know exactly how to help you and the quality of their prints is superb. If you ever needed to mail something or are interested in prints then this shop is a MUST.

These guys are a great option right now as we are all stuck inside due to Covid. I had some business fliers that I needed printed and shipped so I emailed them the documents and they took care of everything. They were informative, professional, and very efficient!

Buyer beware: stamps are being sold here with a steep markup above the USPS price for the same product. I paid $1.85 for a Global Forever stamp which the post office sells at $1.15 - that’s a 60% markup ! As I bought 30 of them they gave me a 10% discount... So consider your options: go to the post office for your stamps or pay 60% premium...

I went into here to get some things printed, the staff was amazing especially the young man who helped me, he was extremely helpful and helped me with the design of my logo and they had amazing pricing!! Would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!

I usually visit my local USPS store, but I have become tired of the long lines and unfriendly service Ive received there. I tried Mail and Print Center today and I was pleasantly surprised there was no line. Krish, the owner, was most helpful, friendly and professional. He also went above and beyond to help me get the best rate. I appreciate good, friendly customer service and I will definitely be doing all of my shipping at this store from now on.

Sadly will not be returning after their employee wanted to charge me $1.24 for dropping off a FedEx box that had already been paid for via FedEx.In short I needed to print out a label and put two pieces of tape on the box. The employee printed it out and put it on my box at which point he said... “that’ll be $1.24”. I couldn’t believe it. I use FedEx often and have never been told this. He said it was for his time to print it out and for the paper/ink used and that he “could be doing something else aside from helping me”. Sad he lost a customer over $1.24.

I recently sold a number of items on an online auction/sales site, and after trying out Mail & Prints package pickup service, subsequently shipped every item with them! Their prices are very reasonable, the staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable about all of your options, and they go out of their way to make your life easier. I wouldnt use any other shipping service... Highly recommended!

Ive been a long time customer of this shop, up until today. I dont know if they are under new management, but their goal seems to be to drive away business.The manager verbally abused us and insulted us, yelling, when we said we would take our business elsewhere. So very poor customer service.If you have mail to drop off, dont do it here. You will get a better rate from a Real FedEx or UPS store.As a long time patron, with these changes, I dont see how this place will last much longer if you can run off someone within 2 minutes of entering the store. Ive done my mailing and packing here for years, now Ill drive 5 more minutes for a better customer experience.

I’ll start off by saying that I’ve been a loyal customer to this store for 100% of my shipping and mailing needs for the past 4 years. Recently I opened an Etsy shop and have the ability to order USPS through Etsy. I have still been coming to this store to drop off my packages, buy packing supplies when I’m low, purchase expedited shipping, and stamps/miscellaneous items.The older blonde lady has a mission to drive away customers. A few weeks ago,I needed to pack a few boxes in the store (which I paid for), and she acted like I was her biggest inconvenience. Yesterday, I needed to pay for overnight FedEx and she suggested I go to a FedEx store. (Hello, I’m here to give you money because it’s convenient.) Today, she told me I couldn’t drop off my packages with them.Terrible customer service. Lost my business, and I intend to tell everyone I know.
