After reading all the positive reviews, I first contacted Dent Masters in 2019 after my GMC Terrain was caught in a major hail storm. After meticulously examining the vehicle, Jeff contact my insurance company and they determined that it was a total loss. During the transaction I was impressed with Jeffs level customer service and follow up. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of his shop. That is usually a good indication of the quality of work. So when we get hit by hail yet again, I didnt hesitate to bring both my vehicles back to Dent Masters. I got my wifes car back last week and was impressed with the quality of workmanship. It was like the hail never happened. So glad I didnt buy into to all the hype with the dent repair shops who were stalking me to get my business. I would highly recommend Dent Masters to anyone who is looking for quality workmanship and great customer service. I know this place is called Dent MasterS but Jeff is truly the Dent Master. 10/10 on detail, customer service, accomodations, knowledge. He kept me up to date on all progress and also called informing me of previous work that was done on my car just to make sure I knew. Original review below. This is an update. I’ve used Jeff several times now on different vehicles. You can tell he has a really good attention to detail and high standards. He’s up front and honest as well and will tell you how much improvement you can expect before he gets started. He’s even been able to improve a dealerships poor fix on my F350 making it look much better. Will definitely keep using him anytime I have more hail or dings.—————————————-Had a 16 Yukon with moderate hail damage repaired by Jeff. He did a great job and even cleaned up some other little dings while he was there. Very easy to work with. Small shop which was nice. I knew the guy with all the experience was repairing it not some random new guy that day. He will definitely get more of my business in the future if bad luck strikes again.

I would highly recommend Jeff and Dent Masters. After April storms, I spent three months dealing with other hail damage companies, all who seemed very fishy. Great customer service! This is the second time in 4 years that Ive had Jeff and his guys work on one of my hail damaged trucks. The eye for detail is second to none. Awesome experience! I brought in my 2017 Infiniti with a couple of dents from the spring hail storms and did not want to involve insurance. Jeff quoted me what I felt was a fair estimate. He was very easy to work with and even explained that one of my dents may not be fixed 100%(due to size and location).
