Carrie is a master of therapeutic massage! I have played sports all my life and have had some significant injuries. Im seeing the horizon of 40 and my body feels it. Thus, causing me to feel the need to throw in the towel almost causing depression. Then I saw Carrie and she was able to focus on the areas causing pain in other locations of the body. After seeing her I feel like Im in my 20s and not only riding bikes but doing dirt jumps as well. Thank you so much Carrie, your hands are magic!

Just came here for my birthday for a 120-minute massage and it was PHENOMENAL!!! The front desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The lobby area and the massage room was really clean. Fitz was my massage therapist and was very professional and did an exceptional job!! His hands are blessed!!! I didn’t know I was so knotted and he worked them knots right on out. I have been going to this Message Heights location for several months and cannot wait each time for my visit. All the therapists I have had here are wonderful. Last Saturday I had Mr. Fitz as my therapist for the first time and it was most memorable. He has truly miracle hands. I feel great even days after the message.

I started going to Massage Heights after being disappointed by another chain after my favorite massage therapist left. Fast forward over two years and I found my favorite massage therapist, Fitz at the Frisco Massage Heights location. I was able to get in for an appointment last night and am so thankful to have found Fitz again. I tend to hold a lot of stress and tension in my I neck and shoulders and he does an excellent job at deep tissue massage in those areas. He truly has a gift!Update: I had the past appointment of the day on 8/19, Not only did Fitz do a great job on a deep tissue massage, but Bralen at the front desk was wonderful and watched me safely get into my car. Always happy with the service here!

My husband and I did a couples massage. Everything was punctual. The young lady at the desk was very welcoming, warm and helpful. Out therapists Fitz and Cassandra put us to sleep. Perfect pressure and very professional. We will Definitely come back!

Fitz is beyond incredible at what he does!! He listens to my needs & gets my stiff sore body to relax. I had foot surgery in Feb & he has gone out of his way to help my foot and ankle to loosen up. He’s also a very nice & fun to talk too!!

I was very pleased to have visited this location. Fitz was awesome! I had a deep tissue massage and was not disappointed. He has very strong/firm hands 🙌🏼 the reason I know the massage helped me completely is because I came in there w some shoulder, lower back discomfort, and some body soreness from intense workout. After a 90 minute massage I went home took a hot shower, went to bed & woke up the next day w zero pain to my body. I highly recommend this therapist.

Overall a good company in regards to massages. The Massage Therapists are great 👍 at this establishment. However as far as the management & staffing; they do not value staff and workplace is extremely toxic. I worked as a Lifestyle consultant at this facility & any guest that has spoken &/or seen me the only black/male reception would not agree that I posed a threat and/or was aggressive to guest or staff. I was fired unprofessionally by the owner, John whom I only ever spoken to twice & one of those times was for higher pay, that was on Monday this week because of everything I felt I contributed to the workplace. I do not reccommend this as a a place of employment!!

Fitz is absolutely wonderful!! I do not like physical touch at all but he has strong, and gentle hands and his technique is perfectly mirrored on both sides of your body so you feel balanced. He is not timid with his pressure but is sure to ask a few times if the pressure is okay. Ask for Fitz. You will not regret it!!

I’m not usually one who leaves reviews but I have to because my experience with Fitz was so great! I’ve never had such a great massage and I felt so much tension relief. I walked out of there feeling so lightweight. He actually listens to you when you tell him your focus areas. There have been times where masseuses from different places have asked me where my focus areas are but when they do the massage it kind of just feels like they’re doing the same old routine. After having 3 massages with him, each has felt personalized specifically for me and what I asked to be done that day. I definitely could not recommend him enough. If you want to not only feel great at the massage but also afterwards, definitely book a massage with Fitz. I have a membership now and getting monthly massages with Fitz will definitely lessen my tension and stress.

The facilities and massage were both fine. I hadnt had a massage for over a year and was looking forward to one. I decided to try this place out, and it was not bad. My masseuse was Cindy (I think, I honestly dont remember her name), and she did fine. I did enjoy my massage, and would come back here if I was unable to find somewhere else. Overall an ok experience, but Ill probably keep going to LifeSpa.

Left Massage Heights today satisfied again by the service provided by the staff, from the front desk to Fitz. The front staff greeted me by name and informed me of the status. The massage with Fitz was astounding as always. It is so relaxing its embarrassing. I fell asleep at least 4 times, to be startled by my own snoring, to wake up to him still skillfully applying the right amount of pressure in the needed places. I booked my next 4 appointments with Fitz, to be intentional about making sure I get him again.

Been seeing Fitz now for a couple of months and it’s done way more for my extremely tight muscles than anything else I’ve ever tried! He’s does the best deep tissue, is very professional, and always listens when I need him to focus on precise areas or change the pressure. My flexibility is the best it’s been in a decade all thanks to Fitz!!The front desk also has you call before walking in, have sanitizing stations, and temp checks you at check-in.

I was impressed with front desk girls, and thoroughness of introductory paper work that allowed me to describe what I was looking for in a massage. My masseuse was nice and professional, but apparently did not have an understanding of what I wanted. He spent a lot of time on my shoulders which was very painful and not at all soothing. I communicated the pressure was too hard about 4 times throughout the session, but it never seemed to change. I reminded him a couple times that the huge knot in my lower back was the main reason I came in. He spent maybe 5 minutes on that area then moved on never returning. My lower back is still aching just as much as before my appointment because no time was spent on it. I got no relief or relaxation... then at the end he told me I should buy the two hour massage so that he could get around to doing my lower back. So I guess he avoided my biggest concern to get me to come back and buy a more expensive service? I get up selling, but make sure you wow me before you try to up sell me higher level services and monthly memberships.... felt like a waste of my time, no relief in my actual problem areas and now my shoulders are sore too from the over attention. Left disappointed....

Fitz is amazing! I can confidentially say that I have had at least 100 massages in my life. I have never experienced the techniques used by Fitz. He can truly read my muscles. He can use firm pressure where needed, yet recognize when less pressure is needed.

Fitz is an excellent deep tissue massage therapist. He’s helped relieve my chronic pain, tight muscles and knots. I highly recommend him as a massage therapist. Massage Heights Frisco off of Eldorado is also very clean and well kept. They do a great job checking temps, sanitizing etc.

She listened to my concerns, asked me questions to get more clarification, which ultimately led her to matching me up with Fritz my massage therapist.Fritz, himself also asked the appropriate questions regarding my visits which led to him effectively releasing the locked up muscles within my shoulder, arm (which I wasn’t aware of until he told me), and my upper back.I felt a SO much better when I left the studio. I had a massage appt booked in the morning this past Sunday at 10am and had to cancel it because my husband became sick and started vomiting in the middle of the night prior to my appt. I called as soon as I knew I would not be able to make it, around 7am-8am that morning, because he was still getting sick, but of course the location did not open until 10am so I had to leave a voicemail explaining the situation. I apologized immensely for having to cancel so last minute, but that my husband was sick and I would need to stay home to care for our 7 month old baby since he was unable to do so. There was truly nothing I could do about it. They charged me for the full massage. I called back and asked them if there was anything they could do as I have been a loyal member for several years and have never had to do this before. Felica, the manager, did take care of refunding me for the massage, which I appreciate...however, she did so after laying on a thick layer of guilt and a very unprofessional lecture about how I was costing the therapist money because it’s very difficult to reschedule appts for a male therapist because many customers are not comfortable with having a male massage them. She also rudely made it clear that if I ever had to cancel again I would be charged. Honestly, it was very uncomfortable the way she was talking to me. I don’t know if she just hates her job or what, but she was not kind or understanding.If I did not like my therapist so much I would not return to this Frisco location solely because of this treatment. I may go to one of the other locations for awhile or even think about joining as a member with many of the other spas out there.

They made sure to confirm my appointment time, length and let me know to be early since there is some form to fill out before the session. When I arrived to the location I was greeted by Felicia and Katherin. Both were very friendly and walked me through the info I needed to fill out and answered all my questions. They introduced me to Matthew, my therapist, who asked me if I had any specific areas I wanted to work on and made sure I was comfortable. Great experience and highly recommended.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and I have an amazing experience every time I come in. The manager, Felicia, is so sweet and helpful and the rest of the front desk staff is just as wonderful. The are always warm, friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist is Tarik and he is always on time, he listens to my concerns and makes sure to address them during the massage, and asks a few times throughout the service if the pressure is okay or if he needs to adjust.The massage rooms themselves are very relaxing and have soft music playing. The beds have a warmer if you’d like it and your choice of aromatherapy is used throughout the service at no extra charge, which is awesome! I’ve recommended Massage Heights in Frisco to several of my friends, family and clients and I will continue to do so!
