The best dentist Ive been. From the greetings to the good bye, the receptionist is always smiling and she calls you to remind you of your appointment and her positivity is contagious. The Doctor is amazing first time that a dentist rubs my gums after the anesthesia is injected and shes very careful and also explains every step of the way which I know its a great thing so we know what is going on... Her assistant is also a great person overall everyone makes you feel comfortable enough to be back. I absolutely will be back without a question.

I had a pleasant experience in this office. The staff was friendly and the X-ray technician was patient with my gagging reflex. I love that its located in the mall and I can do my shopping while waiting for my appointment.Highly recommend.

I must say after new ownership, management and staff the experience has become very satisfying and pleasant. Dr Rashid, Dr Naranjo and Dr Lee are gentle careing and catering to patients needs and no experience of hidden fees. A family feeling. The quality of care and access to care is all one can ask for. Highly recommend!

January 2016 my husband and I went to Bay Brook Mall Dental. We had our cleanings done. They told me my husband would need a deep gum cleaning but that they had to get authorization first. Come March 2016 I received a statement from our insurance stating that both my husband and I had had deep gum cleanings. I contacted the dentist office and told them that neither my husband nor I had a deep gum cleaning, the girl stated that it showed in our files that we had this procedure done. I have no back teeth so I wonder how this work was done. To this day I am still fighting this problem. If you dont want you or your insurance ripped of stay away from this dental office.

This place is the top and the best ever that we go to since our first experience years ago at Baybrook Mall Dental Office. Its a in a beautiful shopping mall at convenient location near I45. We recommend the friendly staff and fair price and professional and knowledgeable doctors. We prefer ourselves this 5 star business to all. Its equipped with the best devices in dentistry and highly clean and well decorated place. Try it yourselves and judge it thereafter! I have NEVER left a review but I feel like I should share my experience with others.I had a root canal procedure done. The payment options changed the day that I arrived. Instead of paying half of my payment (like previously discussed) they charged me more. Refused to move forward with the root canal until that was taken care of. I was literally about to get the procedure done when she asked for my credit card while I was laying on the bed. After she started my procedure, she walked out for a couple of minutes. A male dentist came into the room and was hitting on me, pretending Iike he had to check my teeth for whatever reason. Super innoproprite.The WORST, was when the dental ASSISTANT pretended to be the dentist. She started using utensils that I know are only for the use of a licensed dentist. I knew I was 100% correct when she couldnt even take the mirror and the pick utensil out, without HITTING my teeth on the way out. After that, she took my new porcelain crown, filled it with the concrete/glue material that is used to stick to your actual tooth, and completely placed did it wrong. She did not place it correctly in-between both molars. Its closer to one that the other...which has created a gap in between my molar and my root canal. She also tried to sand it down to correct size, so that when I closed my mouth, it would be even. She was doing it incorrectly and couldnt figure out how to fix it. Thats when the dentist FINALLY walked in and finished the procedure she was supposed to do all along. I was already too far into the procedure to complain or say anything. You are at the mercy of these people when you get something like this done. I thought it would be better not to complain while were still working on my teeth, because I was afraid of them doing something worst. Please save you money and time & go elsewhere.
