Initially, Brenda was very nice and listened to us carefully but at the end, she didn’t understand how to file our taxes.We paid in advanced for everything, more than $500 and she was not able to do it.She made a lot of excuses and never filed our taxes. We had to go to another company and paid again because she never refunded us.I think she is good for single filing or very small companies. But you can do that with HR Block or Turbo tax, why paying somebody to do it?

Shes so helpful and handles her clients diligently to get their taxes done correctly. She even reminds you when you can expect your return!! If you need your taxes done, you should go see her!
