I had a great experience with these guys, from the first phone call, to the install. They came out and gave me a quote for a new pool pump.Matt the owner was very helpful and answered all of my questions. And I had a lot of questions. I even asked about a more expensive pool pump and he said for the size of my pool, he didn’t recommend the more expensive one. He had an opportunity to up sell me and he did not. Just bought our first home and found these guys on google. Micah immediately came over and did survey of our pool and helped us pick the perfect Heater for our pool. We don’t have gas lines so we went with a heat pump. Admiral found us the perfect one in our price range! We ended up getting The HeatWave SuperQuiet® SQ166R and have been super happy with it. We only had one little leak but they were out immediately and fixed the issue. These guys know their stuff and we can’t wait to have them maintain our pool and continue working on our Automation system! Thanks again!!!

This place was awful. It took them ten months to call us back and about 1 month to start the job.. then the end product was extremely disappointing. They did not even finish vacuuming the bottom of the pool, which is simply lazy when requesting a green to clean pool service. So, after patiently waiting a month.. someone FINALLY came out and did not even finish the job right. Very disappointed on their professionalism, work ethic, and scamming techniques. For 1800 bucks I think all of us deserve a pool service that won’t try to scam you to adding more services that are not necessary. Please read reviews that are accurate before going here. Worst pool service I have ever seen. Look at the pictures below I posted when the pool service said they had finished the green to clean job. Would you pay 1800 for that?

Ive found that communication is a trait thats lacking in anyone thats worked with my pool, that was until I found these guys. Admiral is always so good at communication. They let me know what’s going on and they follow through. I’ve had nothing but a good experience with them and I highly recommend them. I’m comfortable with who they hire and who is in my backyard. The work is exceptional. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

My wife has the owner(Matt) on speed dial. He responds to her in a fast and timely matter answering all the questions with his extensive education of pool services. That is how good they are. After many failed attempts with sketchy pool companies to work on our pool equipment, we finally called Admiral Pool Services based on others referrals. We were not disappointed. They were extremely professional, repaired my filter and pumps and had an efficient billing service. They provide honest, fair pricing given up front, and quality service. We appreciated it so much that we hired them to come out weekly to service our pool. Best decision I made last summer. Their consistent service has saved us on future major repairs and allowed us to enjoy our pool without the headache of upkeep. We needed someone to test our pool water and help us determine why we were having sand in our pool. We called this company and they quickly sent Cameron out to help us. Admiral Pool Company helped us restore the beautiful water color of our pool after experiencing a chemical imbalance. The service tech is accountable and knowledgeable.

Was not impressed with their customer service. I called for a quote on a big job. Don’t think they wanted to mess with it. Said they would call me back….they did, I’m less than 10 miles from them and they said they did not service my area. Guess they only service/build/repair pools within a 10 Mile radius of their business.

Admiral has been the most reliable pool service we have used. We have been with them through both the summer months and winter months and they keep our pool looking great! We have a dark pebble tek pool and always had algae build up as it would get warm in the winter time. Also with other pool companies we would get water lines on our travertine (don’t have a tile water line). The weekly reports they send out are great! If filter needs cleaning etc. they send an estimate via email and click it and it gets done! Don’t have to think about it at all. CC on file makes it super easy, no leaving checks at the back door.

Where to begin. Super quick, i called and the next morning they were out in the pouring rain testing my equipment. My service tech Cameron was knowledgeable, efficient, and even gave me tips on how to care and maintain my equipment previous companies neglected to inform me of. I will never call another company again. These guys are amazing!

We completed the build of our new pool and our contractor had Admiral come out to do the start up on our pool equipment. They were knowledgeable and patient with us through the full week we had them. Admiral is always quick to respond if I have inquiries. They are timely and efficient when servicing the pool. They document the pools chemical status clearly after every visit, which instructions if any follow up is needed.

Admiral is very professional and responsive. The technician was knowledgable and willing to explain what was going on. I mentioned that I generally like to fix things on my own and wasn’t sure what direction I wanted to go. I was not pressured to use them for ordering parts and doing the repair. This made me want to use them even more.

First service today was to clean the pool and service a bad de filter (replaced filter grids). Pool is clean and circulating well now. Will take a bit to get the chemistry back in control, but Im pleased with Cameron and Johnathan and looking forward to a clean and trouble free pool!!

We cant say enough positive things about this company. They took over after a bad experience with a non responsive pool company that we fired. They had only been our pool service company of choice for not even two months. Then around May 12 with all of the torrential downpours our new landscaping was partially washed into our pool. And were only two days away from having a group of four-year-old little girls over for a birthday party and somehow someway, Matt and his team of pool specialist figured it out and got our black pool to crystal clear and ready for a party. Always beautiful when theyre done. I have alot of trees so they have their work cut out for them but always a great job.
