I had a mouse and carpenter ant problem. Spoke with exterminator on the phone and he was able to identify the ants from my photo. He came to inspect to give me an estimate. He was courteous. Their estimate was a bit on the high side but what they were proposing to do was exactly what Ive been looking for, especially the mice proofing. My previous exterminators would only lay traps but they kept coming back. It was a waste of time and money with my old exterminators.
