Cristina Winters was awesome. Very friendly, nice, and professional. She helped me with a situation that no one else has been able to help me with. She is definitely a 5 star nurse practitioner. I highly recommend her.

I love being able to chat back and forth with the office staff to schedule my appointments as opposed to having to stay on hold. Clara, the NP I visited with was very a good listener and asked all the right questions. In this day and age I can really appreciate the tele-health option. I’m so glad Life Stance is available!

Telehealth with Dr. Tara Netter has been terrific. She uses a secure video conference app so we’re still “face to face” and it’s so much more convenient than in person appointments. Dr. Netter takes the time to discuss all concerns. She makes sure that I understand the treatment plan and explains what she is prescribing and why. She also explains what to expect and what to look out for as far as potential side effects. So far her recommendations have been great and I feel like she really listens and understands as we make tweaks.

Really nice and very good at what they do. They help you get down to the problem and work through it. Been in therapy for over 10 years and I can definitely say that this is the best place I ever been to. They care as much as you do about your mental health problems/goals.

Dr. Elisa Hilario and her office helped me walk through getting everything prepared and set up for my virtual appointment. I was scared at first to have to be seen virtually but it felt very intimate and comforting, the doctor saw me on time and really listened to my concerns.

This practice is excellent. We had a great experience with the staff. They are clear with expectations and communication. The only issue we had was a technical issue which caused us to be a few minutes late. But that was of no fault of the staff.. Excellent overall!! My daughter got special help she needed. My experience with LifeStance thus far has been amazing. I was able to speak with someone only 2 days after making contact. All required paperwork was sent via email so it made it easy to complete and submit on their site. People in the office and by phone is amazing helping you thru the process of getting to be seen. They make easy the accommodation and the insurance process. We love our counselor Vivian Martinez and I would recommend her to any one for kids or adults. We are in a process but we have hope and faith that we will be better day by day.

I love Dr. Singh! He really listens to my concerns and offers the best solutions. The only downside is not being able to reach a live person when you call. You always have to leave a message and wait for a return call which doesn’t happen too quickly.

I hoped because the company was under new management my experience would be different than those that left reviews before me. It was not.The scheduling staff is highly incompetent and unprofessional. Majority of the conversations I had with them I was teaching THEM about insurance and making sure they weren’t confused. Also, the manner in which they wrote out their message was unprofessional and left me with little confidence to begin with.Dr. Lynx made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He didn’t seem to enjoy explaining anything and wasn’t personable at all. He was rude, abrupt, sarcastic and snarky. I get the impression he’s tired of doing what he does for a living.For someone like me who really wanted help, this place left me feeling like a lost cause.If you have thoughts of suicide, please please please go somewhere else.

It is so nice to be able to take care of medical appointments virtually. I wish this would’ve been done years ago. I am able to find a nice quiet spot during the day as I travel around for my job, pull over under the shade of a tree, and attend the virtual appt.

My provider is amazing. She listens to me and gives appropriate feedback while considering my feelings. She makes sure she understands what I am going through or trying to convey and helps me find the best way to improve my situations.

I hate this place so much. I’ve never had a harder time trying to maintain appointments in my life. And I’ve been going to therapy for almost a decade.The receptionists are rude, and inexperienced. They cancelled my appointment when I was having a panic attack on the phone, and they wouldn’t communicate with me to reschedule it. It’s impossible to get an actual person on the phone when you call, so if you have any appointment issues, they’ll most likely just hit you with a no show or cancellation fee because you can’t reach them about appointment issues due to the phone tree.My therapist is nice I guess but all she does is talk about herself. The secure messaging system Klara is shotty at best. They don’t send appointment reminders in hopes you’ll miss it and they can charge you their whopping $150 cancellation fee.I can’t remember the last time I felt so messed with and gaslit by an organization. Before every appointment I’m on the phone calling, messaging, and crying trying to figure out what to do so I wont be charged for no show. I’ve even considered freezing my credit card because I don’t trust them.To get anyone to help me, I had to spam them with threats, and eventually the manager of the place contacted me personally saying she was so sorry, but nothing has really changed. I can’t wait to find a therapist who is experienced with mind/body trauma work, and works with an office that actually cares and will pick up the gd phone. Do better.

Great experience all around. Dr. Zachariah is just amazing and I truly feel he cares about my well being. He addresses my kids by name, he always remembers what we previously talked about, and he gives me hope that Ill be able to conquer my mental health. Ive always given up with psychiatrists because I always felt like they didnt listen to what I was struggling with and just generically prescribed medicine. Dr. Zachariah isnt a one size fits all type of doctor. I feel like he treats me based on just me, not other experiences. Overall, I am happy and hopefuly and very grateful to have found this practice.

This business combines reviews from multiple locations. Does not offer in person psychiatric services. The reviews would lead you to believe they do, but they do not in all locations. The point of location reviews is to understand what you might experience at a particular location, and their misleading practice of combining all their reviews to make them look better defeats the purpose of local reviews. Unfortunately they do not provide the services that they advertise in the location I would visit.

Superb service! Amazing doctors who you can establish a personal connection with and trust that they know what theyre doing. The staff is very patient, cordial and handles complications efficiently and in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with LifeStance Health and their team in its entirety.

Dr Fred was great! Very informative and easy to talk to. I was very nervous to talk to someone who was pushy towards medication but he was not. He understood my concerns and took the time to educate me and let me know he would be there should I choose to go that route. Would recommend anyone to him

I had my first appointment with Dr. Fred yesterday… I got more out of that appointment than I have ever got from my years with my past therapist and psychiatrist. He immediately pointed out the problems and finally giving them a name and a possibility of fixing them either medicinally or with therapy. I’ve now been properly diagnosed with my problems and know where to go from here. In the past, they only worried about my anxiety when I had many other underlying issues. Being someone with autism, he worked perfectly with me. I felt comfortable and he was extremely easy to talk to. I highly recommend using him as your psychiatrist! 10/10

Dr. Fred is awesome. He really listens to you. I is cautious but willing to work with you. He truly listens and will work with you to make sure you are getting what you need to function at your best. I am very glad I found him.

My Dr. is amazing. He truly understand me and has learned to managing my ups and downs. His advise is invaluable and he shows empathy for the downs and immediately puts in a plan of action to bring things back to baseline stabilization. Bottom line is he is awesome, he cares, and he’s damn good at what he does. That’s really hard to find that in mental health which is vital for a veteran’s welfare.

Dr. Lynx is friendly and professional. The staff is helpful and empathetic.

Dr. Mayers is Amazing. She talks to patients with dignity and respect. The office manager Pamela is excellent, she makes sure everything you need as a patient is taken care of.

First time using this company. The office personal were extremely helpful and very accommodating and professional. After forms completed I worked with Mark for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Any questions I had he took the time to explain, without confusion of any items we covered. When I came here I had so much hope. After having such horrible with experiences with an other office I came here looking for help after suffering since middle school. My first appointment was wonderful and I felt I was on the track to getting help but those dreams where quickly crushed by a 3 minute video appointment. I want to say my apology here since I wasn’t able to at my appointment yesterday, I’m sorry for being 6 minutes late for my appointment. Unfortunately I was in the wrong waiting room and once I noticed I quickly tried to go the correct one. Once I was in I was met with coldness. I was about wasting the doctor time and promptly being reminded the late fee which is understandable but when you tell me in such cold words I don’t need any medication and to go to therapy and do I have any questions after I came into the appointment finally happy I was finally gonna get a treatment plan for my undiagnosed mental illness I was broken . Still I left the appointment with much greatfulness because God has taught me to smile even I have been kicked down. I immediately broke down after this happened. I felt that despair that I would never get help. I felt maybe it was time to end my journey of life here because no one wanted to help me and I was gonna have to deal with the mood swings everyday, the hyperactivity that keeps me up all night. The not being able to work because my brain feels as if a million people are talking to me at one time. But I’m thankful I have a God who said NO! I’m going to continue to find help for my problem . Unfortunately this wasn’t the place . Again I am very sorry Ms. Jacquelin for being late.

I have always struggled with some really serious mental health issues. My provider Terry is absolutely awesome! I have no words for how understanding and compassionate she is! I have never seen a provider that I feel totally comfortable with 100%! The staff is even amazing! It’s so easy to communicate with them, they respond quickly to every message. These people just really care and I couldn’t appreciate them more! I highly recommend them.

The Office Personal is excelente! Very friendly and understanding. We have to do Telehealth, and thats where the problem lays. The video, while one is talking, either it goes silence or thr image goes crazy or it cuts the call off completly. It leave you in the air!!!

I just moved back home from Washington and had two other doctors offices refuse to take my case. I’ve been on the same meds for 3 years and needed to get in to see someone so I didn’t go off of them. This office is in my case quite literally a life saver.

I felt listened to, and that means so much to me. Ive been struggling with my mental health for a few years now, and I tried 2 local MDs and a therapist before Dr. Griffin with LifeStance. I felt very dismissed by the doctors before her. They prescribed specifically what I asked them not to, which made it difficult for me to trust doctors for a while. Id gone about a year between each try with each doctor. It was starting to feel scary to put myself out there and try asking for help from another doctor. She listened to my concerns about medications, and offered a prescription that would help with the symptoms I am struggling with, and that wouldnt cause side effects that I was fearing. I look forward to continuing to work on my mental health with her practice.

Dr selected works with Lifestance/Progressive Behavioral Health (Klara communication). It was extremely difficult to communicate through these systems, it took me weeks to set up an appointment because I could never reach a live person. Its concerning that such a flawed system would be the first communication a person looking for help will come into contact with. The system would send an automatic response saying it received the voicemail or text, but as time went on it seemed to really be a mirage like communication (a way to make it seem communication is important).

Dr. Chaisson is an amazing doctor. She doesn’t rush you, she’s very caring and personable. I would definitely recommend anyone to see her.

Dawn Sims is phenomenal! She is patient -oriented and won’t quit working on your case until the best solution is found! I am a hard case to treat and had only previously one med that worked, but with many side effects! Dawn gradually decreased the dosage of that med, until I was completely off, then began the trials for a new med with the perfect fit! After a couple of trials, the correct med was found! I am a happy camper, both emotionally and physically! I have lost almost 20 pounds since starting my new medication and feel better emotionally than I have in a LONG time! Thank you Dawn Sims for your caring and professional expertise! Thank you, Progressive Behavioral Health for employing such a wonderful professional!
