Ive brought several pieces in for service and had no less than 4 different associates help me out. Each was courteous, attentive and fast. I wouldnt take my watches or jewelery anywhere else in the SE Houston area.

This place helped me fix the bail on my necklace pendant. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. They were super quick and did the repair properly instead of cutting corners like some other jewelry repair shops.

I came to get a battery changed in my dive watch. They not only performed that service, but they also pressure tested it and removed a link in the band so that it would fit better. The lady who took care of me was very professional, friendly, and efficient.

Weve been going to Fast-Fix for years to get our watch batteries replaced but most recently I needed an appraisal done on my ring and they were the cheapest I could find. Sara Nielsen was the lady who helped us and she was absolutely amazing. The appraisal took only 1 hour. I brought this watch for my husband and when I received it the glass was broken. I contacted Fast-Fix and within minutes received a quote from them. They sent me a label and I sent them the watch and within days it was fixed. I paid and they sent it back to me. I am in San Antonio, TX and should have received within a couple of days but with everything going on it took longer. I don’t fault Fast-Fix. We discussed them not using the postal office maybe another option, so I don’t think this will be a problem next time. They did an awesome job and price was good as well. I would recommend this company!!

Went in for a quick battery change for my watch while running errands at the mall. I was able to drop it off and it was ready by the time I was done. Very friendly and professional staff. It is a little pricey up front but they offer good value warranties for returning customers so they will be who I plan to return to for my watch needs in the future.

I had inherited a 1950s vintage Gruen watch which had sat in a box since 1984. It was missing the crown, stem and stem tube. Fast-fix did a full disassembly, replacing the main spring and scratched crystal and restored it to working condition. I highly recommend this company and plan to have them service several more of my vintage watches.

I drove 30 minutes to them the day after I drove off from a closer place that tried to gouge me after quoting a price and recanting once I got there. Usually when we get the temple of the glasses fixed in 1 hour it’s done in one hour but this time we had to wait. It’s the pandemic and they are still in business of repair. I’m grateful the time we came in was late and this pair of glasses is my sons favorite. We had the temples replaced and as a favor they replaced the frame also. I really enjoy my Seiko watch and after snagging snd breaking the watchband on a grocery store cart yesterday, I was missing my watch terribly all day at work today. Came in for a ring size. I was told one hour. Everyone else want weeks to months. It came out very good. Yes, the price was more than I wanted to spend, but I also liked I could have the ring then. Thank you for the work.Years back they worked on a citizen watch for me. They told me the pins may not last up front. It lasted about 3 months. So I was happy about the honest.

I have had 3 jobs done at Fast-Fix, in Baybrook Mall & all very quick, very professional, & very well done. Neal helped me with 2 of those jobs. If he cant do a job, he informed clearly & another employee is called to do the work. They are GREAT at resizing rings. Bigger or smaller, and its done right. They tighten up the jewels afterward to keep everything tight. Also, I needed some earrings threaded & a screw-on backing added. They can do that!They buy gold or do trade-ins, too. FYI: On a resizing, if its smaller & you want to keep the excess gold, they do charge 10% more for the service. Its understandable. Its a business & they have to make money.

WOW!! The job that they did was absolutely outstanding! I had my moms diamond and two of her rubies from her wedding ring and one of her everyday rings put into my wedding ring (she had passed two yrs ago), needless to say I was in absolute happy tears when I received it back. I have been using Fast-Fix for many years for service on my Movado watches, replacement of lost diamonds in my wedding ring set, and most recently for a custom designed Turquoise ring set in 14K Gold, one of the inlays came out of my ring, the Turquoise was from a mine that closed down in the late 50s and they took the time to find the perfect match and restore my ring. Would never think of using any other business! Excellent service and craftsmanship at a reasonable price.

I went to Fix It in hope they could fix my glasses. I have rimless glasses and they were wobbly at the nose area and would not tighten up. I had to often move around so I could see without everything being distorted. The glasses were so bad I bought another pair of glasses right before going in. Fix It did an awesome job fixing my glasses. My glasses haven’t been this secure and sturdy since I had new lenses put in them 3 years ago. I waited in the mall while they fixed them.
