Called this company for carpet cleaning. They told me they had availability the same day which was awesome because that’s what I needed. They gave me a 2 hour window of arrival which never happened. I called the owner to ask if someone would be out and when I should expect them to which he responded he would have their technician call me. Technician called to say he wouldn’t be able to come because his machine wasn’t working. I called the owner back to ask if they could send someone else to which he said no but they could be out first thing in the morning and gave me another 2 hour time frame of arrival. They never showed or called. Definitely wouldn’t waste my time with these people.

This place was recommended to me by my neighbors so I had high hopes. No communication with cleaners and those handling phone calls. Waited till 6pm for a 12pm-2pm scheduled carpet cleaning being assured throughout the day the Tech was on the way. No one ever came….

Best cleaning experience Ive ever had. Prompt, professional, responsive, and does great work. Called a short time after the first cleaning (new puppy....) and asked for another cleaning on super short notice. Fit us in at the end of his day.
