It is a great place to get your vehicle checked out. I took my f-150 there. Within about 2 hours they knew what they were going to do, and order to get my truck running like new. Within a few days my truck was back on the road sounding how it’s supposed to sound. No check engine light. Super friendly customer service. They go above and beyond.

I had problems that we couldnt figure out. Mr. Ken and his guys helped me figure it out and had my car back to me the same day. Amazing people. I highly suggest them.

If I could give it no stars I would. I am a contract driver and I deliver auto parts all day long in the heat. And I delivered to Kens Auto Parts. So he offered me a deal where he would only make me pay $100 for me to have AC again. And right now I am really hurting on money and living paycheck-to-paycheck but luckily my birthday is coming up on the 19th of July and my mother and roommate were going to split the difference. So I dropped my truck off at around 9 in the morning today and told him to just take a look at the clutch switch below the pedal because it was getting really hard to start and my brake lights werent coming on just look not touch. And about an hour later he calls me and tells me oh I have some bad news were going to have to replace your whole entire AC when I just got a brand new compressor about 3 months ago and had charged it up. And everything worked fine it was just leaking from the manifold hose in the back. And he said it was going to run me about $500. So of course I said no that I cant afford that right now I have $1,000 rent and 2 kids and 2 truck notes I cant afford to pay that. And he got all butt hurt even though he knew the situation from the get-go and said okay well I replaced your clutch and gas switches that I was having issues with that I just told him to look at not touch and at first he said that they were not working still even after the parts and then he called me back at third time and told me that they were working. But also told me that I needed a support bar for the clutch and pedals and it would cost me about $270. So from there I was kind of thinking somethings not right. He was just trying to up charge me the entire time I was talking to him. So when I got the Kens and looked at my compressor which was making a noise by then and dropping my RPMs for some odd reason. I looked at my compressor and it was the wrong one they had switched my compressor the brand new one with the parts stickers still on it and put an old nasty one with rusted bolts in there. When I confronted him he told me f*** you you got it for 70 bucks take it and leave and dont ever come back. So I pretty much just paid $70 for someone to f*** my s*** up. So now I have to sit here in 98 degree weather delivering parts and a tiny little black truck with leather seats. Just to give you a gist of how much I weigh its about 116. So thank you Kens Automotive.
