The entire experience with JDog was excellent. From the office staff, to the owner who came to do the estimate, to the team who came to do the hauling, everyone was on-point, professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Its clear that everyone on the team takes a lot of pride in what they do; theyre a pleasure to work with and did a great job. From an environmental point of view, I love that they recycle or reuse as much as possible. The fact that they are veteran-owned, and do as much as support veterans and their families is fantastic. Ive already recommended them to several people.

JDog junk removal is excellent! The team that moved “stuff” from my house and garage were so good and efficient and pleasant to work with. I’ve used JDog a couple of times for junk removal as well as taking away an old, heavy, upright piano. The customer service is great and they were quick and efficient at hauling things away. I had a delightful, cheerful and eager to please 4 man crew.They had some nasty trash to clean up and move out and they did it with smiles and brooms in hand. I could hope they would come back and help wash windows. They were well worth it and then some.

I had seen their trucks in the neighborhood so I called for a quote when we replaced our deck and I needed to get rid of the old wood. They responded to my request right away, came over for quote pretty quickly, and when I needed the pick up, they were able to pick it up very timely. They even came in under their quote. Everyone one I spoke with was very nice and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I needed to dispose of a washer and dryer and 2 heavy doors. JDog made it so easy and affordable. Karyn set it up & two handsome fit polite capable men dressed in casual fatiques showed up to take it all away in a clean sturdy well painted truck with custom logo. Nice. I will recommend to any one.

I called, the email was sent, a reply came within minutes, and estimate came within an hour, 2 very nice guys came with an awesome moving truck the next day...and moved everything,and recycled it all. We had a great experience using JDog. We were getting rid of a king size mattress, and jdog was by far the cheapest of a few places we called. The guys that came out were 30 minutes early, but called to check that was fine still. When they got here, they were amazingly nice and a pleasure to work with. We’ll definitely be using JDog again!

They were on time, efficient, careful, compacted everything so it took up less space in the truck (less money). They carried items from where they were from the back yard. I will continue to use them in the future.They came back a second time to pick up two recliners and were here before the new chairs were delivered. They are always courteous and helpful. I will use them again when I have things to get rid of.

Excellent experience start to finish! Requested info online and quickly got a response with the amount. Called to get scheduled and they knew exactly what needed to be done. On pick up day tey were on time, actually a little early. Both of the people were very nice and friendly. They got everything I needed out and were on there way.

I saw their truck in the Hugo neighborhood so decided to give them a call. We had just moved to Blaine so I was not expecting them to travel this distance to haul away our mountain of moving leftovers. They set up a quote, showed up five minutes early and were able to take everything away that day! Wonderful service and extremely friendly. I would recommend them to friends and family. I also plan to use their service exclusively in the future.

OUTSTANDING, best team of workers EVER. Just can not say enough good things about JDog service. I use JDog to remove material from old decks and other construction debris. Workers are fast, detailed and very conscious of their surroundings so not to damage items around them. Unlike many of my sub-contractors, JDog always shows up on day and time they are scheduled to show up. I make JDog my new 5 STAR general.

Did a great job, quote was very reasonable. I moved, saved, gave away, or broke down some things before the appointment, and they didnt try to charge up to the quote or anything, actual junk amount only. I was concerned since its by volume by how many loads they take, that they may stretch stuff out, but they crammed that truck super full.Real honest and a pleasure to work with. Ill definitely be calling them again next time I buy a junk filled property or have a hoarding tenant or whatever.

They Came, They Saw, They took my junk! I learned about these guys through Bridging, which takes in usable quality furniture and donates to people who need it. The guys who came to take my sleeper sofa (no one takes these things anymore!) were super-fast, highly competent and pleasant. They didnt leave a mess and they didnt judge all the dust or the baby and dog toys that had been trapped under my huge, heavy, hide-a-bed sofa for... way too long! (Maybe they did, but they didnt say anything, anyway!)

Excellent service. Used JDogs junk removal services twice. Once for a lot of small tree debris and once for various heavy household trash like a rear projection TV that was removed from the basement. All of the JDog employees that showed up were extremely professional and they finished the jobs very quickly.

We had an old large inoperable Spa in our backyard which we called Jdog to haul away. The entire experience was positive. Polite helpful discussion of the job on the phone, coming out for a detailed inspection and quote, timely arrival to execution of the task which proved to be complicated as spas often are. I have high expectations, but these guys blew me away. They have maintained and excellent looking equipment and vehicles- which I did NOT predict as a junk hauling service. The two guys that showed up were exceptionally clean, friendly and professional. I mean that to the very core meaning of the words.They treated my home with honor and care, even though the rooms they were working in didnt appear in a way that would demand or deserve it.I was apprehensive and uneasy about having people even see these rooms, yet they took complete care to delicately ensure the respect of the area(s). This was evident at all times even though I was out in the garage and surprised them more than once as I had questions to come ask.Over and above any expectation I couldve had.I would STRONGLY recommend these guys to anyone... and I rarely do reviews of companies.

Working with the JDog on receiving a quote was great and helpful. Cannot say how the pick up went due to other parties let them into the building to pick up up our product. But the process went well.
