The Fresno store has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!! After losing our order for a installation quote they sent an installer who was very rude. Called for final estimate and they didnt know what floor we wanted and were extremely rude to my husband. When I said this is ridiculous the guy told my husband to calm me down and hung up! Finally got the quote and it was 3× higher than other floor company we use. Cant imagine what it would be like if we decide to use them. Thanx but no thanx!!!

Set up an appointment to go over flooring and drove all the way from Hanford to fresno took time off work and found out store is closed. Why would you allow to make an appointment and store be closed. Luckily found another place that had awesome service and what we wanted. Would not recommend Lumber Liiquidators 0 out of 10

This place has a nice variety of flooring options to choose from. There are samples on display for your reference. The employees were helpful once we got help. Their prices are more reasonable than some of the other similar flooring places.

We had our floors install by lumber liquidations Contractor Scott and his team. His team was very rude when I went to check on the floors. I had noticed slight imperfections and wanted them fixed. Eventually it was taken care of after asking Scott directly. Now months later the floors have began to buckle around the doors and there was no mention that we needed new weather stripping as it initial home inspection stated we were fine. So now I’m getting the run around from the warranty department. I will never go with this company ever again. Huge waste of $5000.00Update: I hadn’t en’t heard from Scott. I called him and two weeks later he still haven’t submitted the findings of the inspection to the warranty department. He eventually did...Now the warranty dept is blaming us for the damage. Again, worst company to ever go through. Be cautious using their installation contractors.

Go great flooring the service wasnt super great but im sure they get a lot of looky loos and dont feel like rushing in to answer questions, however thats their job. I felt like we inconvenienced the lady who came to kinda show us the floors. Thank goodness i did my research and didnt need her help anyway.

Love this place. Such a refreshing experience compared to Lowes or Home Depot: the customer service reps at this store are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Brittany was excellent.They lent me flooring samples for free so I could contrast and compare (Lowes wanted to charge me for samples) and they have lots of different designs actually built into their floors so you can get an immediate idea of what the different colors and styles will look like.The prices are amazing too. This is my go to place for flooring now.

Im guessing that personality isnt a job requirement. If you dont have a fax machine, dont say that you are going to fax a quote. Hopefully the new store will have a more positive influence on their customers because as it stands today, Im very UNimpressed!

There is one guy at this store that knows anything about wood floors. They almost loaded the wrong (and more expensive!) wood in my trailer. I should have taken it...Also they couldnt figure out how to get it IN the trailer; they needed guidance by me and other customers on how to block underneath the trailer so that it wouldnt tip when the pallet was sliding.I would still buy from them again, just double check / watch everything the employees do.

My experience is in reading the other reviews. Had to all be true.All I did was walk into their Fresno store.A tiny store with 1 employee. She was helping another customer but totally ignored me. Not even a welcome...be with you as soon as I’m finished with my customer.The store was so small I saw everything within 5 minutes and left. Their prices were no better than Home Depot or Lowe’s.Bye.

I purchased my flooring at the the Lumber Liquidators in Bakersfield, ca and cant tell you how pleased I was with not only the purchase itself but that service I received from the manager and staff. I cant say the same for the Fresno location. I was hugely disappointed. The gal working the floor was not very helpful and didnt seem to care if she made a sale or not. I brought my husbands family to look at Lumber Liquidators in fresno because we were there for other buisness and I, thinking they were all the same, made a huge mistake. She found something she may have bought but opted out it because of the poor service. Id rather give the Bakersfield location the sale.

Terrible customer service. Absolutely 0 willingness to help guests. They were extremely rude to us and even spoke down to us as if we were children That had no business being there. I have no idea how long theyve been in business but I question how they stay in business.

We bought some flooring and they said it would be 3 weeks. We called at three weeks and were told it was on back order from the manufacturer, but the modesto store had it in stock. They said that normally they charge 150.00 for shipping but they would.meet us half way at $75.00. We canceled our order and got a refund. They could have offered a comparable in stock flooring at the same price but instead chose to loose $600 in buisness.

I think those other 1-3 star reviews must be fakes...and that guy that singled out that african american male must be a racist.... The people there are very helpful. Not for one minute did anyone ignore me or treat me bad.. they even offered me a water. I ended buying Acacia made by Schon. The floor is beautiful and fits perfectly in my home. The installer, Tom, did an awesome professional job. I will definitely use him again.My only sorta complaint is that my house was a little dusty, but I saw all the dirt that was under my carpet. I also had a small entry with ceramic tile which also contributed to the dust. So I dont really blame the installer for that... it just sucks. Tell you what though... never again tile or carpet... yuck
