Well I was desperate and needed some windows repaired. The main sales person is a nice guy but he is simply not organized. They did get the windows working again and repaired the one with the broken glass. I didnt shop around but it did save me from getting full replacements, If I want in a time crunch I would have went elsewhere.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I was supposed to get some windows installed at the beginning of this month, they didnt show at the schedule installation date, the apparent owner Tony, (so unprofessional, rude, mad/angry, will lecture you & talk over you & make sarcastic remarks at every chance he gets, apparently hates his life at the looks of, little to no consideration for positive customer experience), was confused about my call since he thought the windows were installed already, I had already given a half price deposit, and I had also proof of purchase, at which once saying all this he exploded on me telling me that he might have forgot and that to give him some time to pull up the information at which he took about 20 minutes to obtain. He then gave me another installation date for next week Monday, didnt come. Was called to get them installed on Thursday, didnt show up neither, and was rescheduled for Friday morning. Finally, LATE FRIDAY afternoon got them installed. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE NOT ENJOYING WHAT THEY DO OR DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE . STAY AWAY !!!

The lady that works in the office doesnt know what shes doing!

Tony came out, gave me an estimate for my broken window & told me he would draft a work order. After a week I hadn’t heard from them so I called & they said they’d schedule an appointment for me the following week. That week passed without any contact. I called again only to be told that they typically don’t do jobs that small but they would make an exception & fit me in the following week. Long story short, 4 weeks passed and still no call, no show. They could’ve told me over the phone or when they came out for the estimate that they don’t do that type of work. The whole process was a waste of time.

Extremely unprofessional and rude! I called yesterday to get a window replaced and was excited to go with this company. Guy never returned my calls and i called again today. He was very rude in saying that I dont know what im talking about when I mistakenly used the wrong term for ‘measuring’ for a window replacement. I apologized for the wrong term (im sick and cant think straight) but He lectured me about it some more and also when I asked about a contractors license (something my SO asked that I check with ANY company), he was insulted and told me that “we” seem like a problem. He repeated that a few times before I told him he was being rude and hung up. Seems to me that he clearly didnt want to fo the job. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. Id rather pay more than to deal with any of this, ever. I work in an industry with clients that constantly need glass repair, and I will make sure they do not go here.
