I have had nothing but AWESOME experiances with NUMotion!!Mike Perez is great! And Mary is outstanding in assisting the patient in obtaining the goals. I love these guys!!!

Charlie the maintenance guy was very polite and caring and make sure everything was right on my wheelchair. I’ve spoken with staff members from Numotion and they are very nice people very polite and understanding. I would recommend Numotion said everybody that needs a wheelchair. Thank you so much Charlie

Numotion has done miracles for us. Brand new wheelchair and ramps to get and out. .

Worst customer service EVER. To start with, they actually forgot to order my chair! you read that right. They took the measurements had me choose a model and told me it would be 10-12 weeks before the chair would arrive (They did provide a loaner in the meantime) After week 13 I made several calls, after 3 or 4 days they finally returned my call, only to tell me that somehow. my chair never got ordered apologizing profusely. they promised to get right on it And it would only be another 10-12 weeks. The chair did in fact arrive this time, however because I have ALS, the chair was no longer suitable, so back in the loaner and another three months of waiting. This has been their M.O. over the years since, unreturned calls, missing or incorrect parts and slow, slow, slow response. If you now or in the future find yourself in need of mobility equipment, run fast and far from NuMotion in Fresno.

The staff are very polite and helpful to all my needs- my therapist highly recommends Numotion when it comes to all mobility needs.

It is very hard to get any help from this negotiation. They have very poor customer service and are very rude. The seceratery Krista does not care about the customers needs. Numotion came out to repair my wheel chair because i am wheel chair bound and ended up breaking my wheel chair even more. I have medical needs due to a stroke i had and wounds on my legs that are rapped constantly. Now i am unable to go to doctors appointments ect. Numotion continues to take their time and this is why i highly recommend everyone to NOT go to Numotion for help.

I waited 5 months for nuNumotion to do repairs on my power wheelchair. During that time they had one excuse after another. And made me jump through hoop after hoop...I finally had to file a complaint with Medicare and then go with another company.... this is the wirsw company to do repairs.. the customer service is very poor, they have been rude, and not very knowledgeable.

They answer phones on time, also if you have trouble with orders all you have to do is call them . I have been getting all my equipment from them for more than ten years. I’ll probably be dealing with them for another ten .

Chair was never ordered. Phone system only sends the caller to the service department and they answer wondering why they are getting all the phone calls. Poorly managed. Poorly staffed.
