Never replied back to my email about a job opening for the first time. The second time, I went to the job fair to discuss about the job opportunity to see if it was still vacant, but I was told to re-apply for the online application that Ive done a month ago. Finally, I talked to the lady to discuss about the job and promised to email me back about the update a few days later. I emailed her about any update, but never got a reply back. Waste of time to find a job!

This staffing agency is wonderful!! I have been an employee for a couple of months and they are consistent. The receptionist is extremely friendly, every time I went in to receive my paycheck I was greeted with a smile she had great customer service! I have lived in Fresno now for 13 months. I have applies to well over 100 jobs and went to countless temp agencies. The last one I went to was Express and met a pleasant lady by the name of Helene. This lady did her job! She got me a job and a job that I love in about two weeks. I am so grateful to her as she basically saved myself and my children from poverty. I got a call from Sophie and she told me that she has an opening (job) for me. Also she told me to bring my ID and Social Security card.So I showed up on time. Once she saw me, she acted like it she didnt like my presence or the way I look. She gave me some paper work to filled out, so I did it. In the end she asked me around 4 questions. In one of those question she asked me why I wanted to gave up my part time as a teacher assistant at Fresno, Unified district. My answer was: because school year is up, and I came here because I need an extra income for personal reasons.Also she asked, what is the reason that Im looking for a job? My answer: because I need the money, and need to pay my expenses and I smiled. She rolled her eyes and looked at the computer, and told me: I dont have anything for you, thank you and have a nice day. Just like that.BTW the interview was cold, not empathy whatsoever, not smile or good vibe at all, and in top of all that, made me waste my time, gas, just to get her looks, and attitude.Honestly I felt like it, she didnt like me because I have an accent while Im speak English. Racist profile is what she managed in my case. 😧.I asked her if she has any supervisor or manager in the office, she told me that she was the only one there, and there is a head up which is the owner, thats it.Here is the message that I got from her:Reminder regarding your interview @ 11:30am. After visiting another staffing agency, I Became skeptical of the fact that staffing firms actually find jobs for candidates. I started my own conspiracy theory in my head that staffing firms must get paid for each applicant that applies and really don’t care if your found a position or not. I applied to express staffing and was contacted immediately. My conspiracy theory was proven wrong when I was promptly found a position. Helena at the Fresno branch did an excellent job keeping communication open with me while she was seeking a position that would be a good fit for me. She assured me that she would not forget about me and kept in contact with me. Express staffing is a very professional firm who indeed deliver results for clients seeking employment. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone who is serious about gainful employment!

Never return phone calls. You leave messages and never get a response. Not quick to find work. It seems like Sophia and Helen give false information on finding work. I would not recommend this place.

This company has given me so many job prospects I have been working with them for a couple months now and I am impressed with how well this company runs and delivers extra opportunities for jobs. Sophie has been a great help in recruiting myself and giving me jobs in catering and much more.

Over a month of nothing happening. Did everything they asked for, more than qualified welder. I continue to see posting for openings but nothing. Fresno office on Herndon specifically. Didnt get a response until I contacted another office and then continued with their original attitudes. I recommend Aerotek, alot more professional and serious about helping people.

Awful experience. I was there back in July 2017. Maggie whom I met with was terrible. First I had to wait for 20 minutes or so in her office while she talked on the phone with a client about something else. Never called me back when she promised shes got a job for me. I think it was just because she wanted me to get registered. I hope she no longer works there for the sake of other job seekers. Luckily, I found a job on my own weeks later.

This is one of the most unprofessional staffing agencies Ive ever had the displeasure of encountering. I went in last week to get more information on how to apply and upon entering their office the front desk gal was extremely rude. She did not greet me nor anyone for that matter that entered the office thereafter. I stood there for about two minutes then approached her asking for information. She looked up rather annoyed then stated that Id need to do the application online. I asked if they had computers available to complete the application since I was already there. She said yes, but that the person that interviewed office professionals was not in so I would have to come back anyways. She then said after I apply to call the office to schedule an interview. I applied and called (on a Monday) and no one answered, I called around 8:30 am. I then called in again in the afternoon and no answer. I called the right number, it is on the business card the front desk gal handed me. How does this business function?? Since no one answered I went in today and the gal at the front desk said the Recruiter that interviews office professionals was not in again. I asked when that person would be available and she said she didnt know. Its very unprofessional not properly greeting candidates and turning candidates away when they go out of their way to go into the office. Do they not have other Recruiters? For any serious and qualified candidates I suggest going to agencies like OfficeTeam, Addeco or Aerotek where their customer service (without candidates these businesses could not thrive) is exceptional and professional. My advice to Express - whether you want it or not, is to treat all candidates no matter their experience or job title with RESPECT.

My uncle went to Express and met Sophie which he had a feeling that she not going to help out to find him a job. Also, she promised my uncle a job but never contact him back. My uncle told me to come over to express agency and met Sophie as well which I also had this feeling that this person not going help me out find a job but I was promised a Labor job when I had an interview with her. I called her and waited almost 30 minutes for her but only get a text from her and now she say dont have anything available for me. She never texted me back ever again on our last conversation which everything went cold. Its very unprofessional that shed abandon us both. To be truth here I cant be doing all texting/calling all the time if your not going to put the same effort as me so get a better staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EXPRESS AGENCY AT ALL TO ANY MY FRIENDS AND FAMILIES NOR STRANGERS.
