Very non professional. No one ever picks up the phone or even calls you back. They never sent out my w-2 forums. Worsts place ever to come get a job. Don’t even bother applying here.

Worst agency to work for in Central Valley! Id give 0 ☆ if I was able too!

Very rude staff. I am a hiring manager for a local manufacturing company, and based off of the phone etiquette of Aeroteks internal employees, I would NEVER use them. I called them to give them three job orders - two skilled labor and one accounting - they made it seem like I was bothering them by calling them to give them business! They need some basic customer service re-training.

They place you and forget about you. Thats how they do their job. No follow ups or concern.

This place is a joke ... person answers after multiple attempts of different days calling and leaving voicemails . They will never get back to you don’t bother !!!

Aerotek is very good at helping you find employment opportunities and they care about your satisfaction. Ive done two assignments for this company and they followed up with me to see if I was happy at my current position. Ive been visited to see if I was happy with the assignment and to make sure the workplace was up to my satisfaction. The current position was set in a fast-paced and results driven environment. Expectations were high and, in my opinion, this helped create the perfect position for my experience. The staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

Aerotek, is by far the BEST in the industry. What sets them aside from the others is that they truly care about their candidates needs, such as, hours, type of work, etc. My recruiter at the time was Amy Nelson. She does a phenomenal job at finding whats right for me, my schedule, my family and the type of work I am looking for. She really listens and goes out of her way to make sure I was 100% satisfied. They have given me the opportunity to be able to support my family and love what I do at the same time. Along with all the great things Aerotek has done, Amy still follows up with me to make sure I am happy and everything is working out. Ive also had the opportunity to meet with most all the team members at Aerotek and they are exceptionally professional and good at what they do. I encourage all job seekers to reach out to them! I have worked for Aerotek for over 7 years and LOVE this organization. I believe Aerotek is the best in the industry - they truly care about their people (both internally and contractors) and want to see everyone succeed. I credit Aerotek and the people that work here to developing me into the business professional, person, wife, and mother I am today. Good agency however they don’t pay you holidays even if the company your working in pays you. Also they make it really hard for you to get your payed sick time off. Other then that everything else was really smooth they always payed me on time.If your looking for a good recruiter ask for Jaime he always went above and beyond to help me out.Thanks Jaime & Aerotech

My resume was emailed to them last Thursday and the next day I received a phone call asking me if I could come in on Monday I did and Robert was not in the office on Monday but he left notes and I filled out some paperwork and did my orientation and went and took a drug test and the lady I talked to was trying to find a place for me to go and drug test and she called me back and said she found a place I live in Lindsay and she didnt want me to drive over there if I couldnt go test and they took that in mind so she found a place for me to go and test I called them the other day and Robert said he was waiting on my results to come back he called me and said I was good to go I passed and I am going to be starting my new job next week I am so grateful for this company because they go out of there way to help people out I worked with other temp agency and I never seen anything like this place the office is employe fun friendly and now days you dont see that so thank you Robert for giving me a chance

The Fresno branch is an absolute joke. Dont waste your time. They are basically a dumbed down version of Indeed that survives off taking a portion of your salary.If you get a call from Brian Sampson inviting you to lunch, hang up. I cancelled an appointment, drove 10 city miles and he never showed. He never picked up when I called. He never sent a confirmation email as promised. Went to the office and they had no idea where he was. Front desk (Brittney) told me to sit and wait while taking a lengthy personal call. He wasted my day and at first I was honestly concerned about his safety or circumstance. I finally got a hold of him (Not vice-versa) and he promised an instant email confirming a rescheduled appointment. Never happened. I was upset at that point and he blocked my calls. SERIOUSLY? He reached out to me! What an embarrassment to the company. All fact and I would encourage the company to prove otherwise. Call me please. Brian might have my number written down on a Post-It Note under his car seat. I asked to speak with a manager and they refused. Here is the kicker. Their mobile site wont even allow you to complain or submit any grievance. Why? They dont care. I am far from done with this issue. I despise companies that operate this way.

Great place. My recruiter was Nathan pentorali. Everything went by smoothly and he helped a lot whenever I needed help. Saw the bad reviews and was surprised about it. Go with Nathan!

At first I thought Aerotek was the best company but I was wrong, this year I lost a job opportunity cause Aeroteks employers they switch up everything! They said they had an job opportunity and I got interviewed for that job then I called to check up for the job and they switched it up sayin they will put me back at my old job. Unfortunately that didn’t happen nether. So I basically lost 2 opportunities. That’s some bs. I have receipts.

He took the time to listen to what I wanted out of a job and then went out and found a company that offered exactly what I needed. I now wake up excited to go to work. Every company has strengths and weaknesses just like people. It’s an art to help people connect with the company that is a right fit for them. Just want to share some experience about a agent who gave his effort time and devotion for my employment which he got me in. when no other agent and agency couldnt get me in. but he was able to do it....I just wanted to say. I must say, I had high hopes for this place. However, I went for an interview and the guy assigned to me said he would be emailing me later that day with some possibilities. I never received that email. I called the next day and never got a hold of him, only his answering machine. Called the next day and same thing. Waited over the weekend and called on a Monday morning, same no answer, so i called the company and talked to a lady. She told me that she would find out what happened and call me back. Never received that call back as well. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Worked for them its kool nd all but they messed up on my second to last pay check..... I was missing 8 hours and its been over a month,they keep telling me theyll get back to me with a solution everytime I call nd never call me back........its money I worked for nd will have to fill a complain form with DOL for 8 hrs that I worked for I jst think its not fair I would let that slide but that wouldnt be ryte since I seen comments of more people with the same issue........

Terrible place they owe me almost $2,000 in pay! Im going to have to go to the DOL to get MY money they OWE me for work I did weeks ago!Work here if you really need money, but dont expect your checks to be as big as they say.Dont get me wrong, they have a VERY shiny office, but if they decide to screw you youre going to have to fight (and go to the government) to get your pay.

My Experience with Jaime and Aerotek has been the best ever he has helped me in finding a very well paying job as a mechanic I have made more money with Aerotek than any other maintenance position I have ever held the jobs I have gotten through aerotek are with top tier companies I have been able to feed my family and pay my bills and save for the future with the help of Jaime and Aerotek

They could do more. They work off of referrals, so if you dont give them employer names, you may not get much. Most of the employers I interviewed with had unrealistic expectations about what they wanted in an employee. Nobody wants to pay a decent wage or train. Its an unrealistic setup.

Place ROBS you of your hard earned money. I resigned my position about 3 weeks ago and still have not got my final pay. I call and call and no one returns my phone calls & they are refusing to pay me out for my sick hours accumulated. Worse place to work for, even when I was working for them I had to keep track of my hours because they continuously unerpaid me. Will be taking this compay to the labor board.

New review this place is God awful, dont know how many times Ive applied sent resumes to this company to not a single response. Stay away from this terrible company

Its a temp agency what do you expect just look at other reviews.

I couldnt do the first job they found for me after being hired because it was too far away and didnt work with my school schedule. I did tell them ahead of time it may not work out. The agent I was working with actually discarded my information rather than helping me find other employment. Its not that I was ungrateful, its just that it was literally not possible to fit it into my college schedule. This was 11/15. Never heard one word back from them about any position Ive applied to since, despite actually getting hired that first tine. Pretty much proves the other people right who said they are extremely judgemental and just use you.

Company got me a good paying job that met my criteria. Very understanding and was consistent !!! Thank you Robert @ aerotek
