Mary is amazing. Shes a true tax professional. I did my taxes with her last year and it was a smooth and pleasant process. I went back just a couple weeks ago for a business consultation, and she gave me 30 minutes of her time, and didnt charge me. Thats what you call true customer service. Mary is also extremely knowledgeable. I can tell right away based on the way she formulates her responses, that she takes the time to study and remain up to speed in all of the tax laws. In fact, when we last spoke she mentioned she was returning from a tax convention. I have been recommending Mary and her firm to all of my friends and business associates. Ive never really been inside. I talked to one individual that works there because I frequent by there all the time. He seemed to be a nice enough gentleman. From the outside the place looks really nice and Serene. Other than that I cant tell you thats why I say its okay. I havent seen a whole lot of business there yet.

I had my 2011 taxes prepared here. I am a student and know my tax credits well. I questioned Mary about my education credits when I picked up my taxes but she assured me it was all correct. I was still unsettled, but let it be. I recently reviewed my 2011 tax return again and decided that my intuition was correct. I took my taxes to be amended by a well-known professional (at the ADDITIONAL COST of $275) who accurately filed my taxes and got me my $2,091.00 that was owed to me. WOW. Needless to say, I have told everyone I know that uses her what I thought. My experience, when I went, was not bad at all. Obviously, the mistake merits her NO STARS, (but I had to give 1).I paid approx. $85.00 to have my taxes filed with her, but imo - you get what you pay for. Another gripe- she CHARGED me to file electronically. WHAT?? When I can file on TaxSlayer (or any other approved IRS site) for FREE? When I left I wondered if she was taking advantage of the hispanic individuals using her services, because I am sure some of them take her at her word. I will never return.
