Wow! I went in on my first visit for finger printing and a background check. She was very friendly and courteous. I brought my two Kids with me, and she offered books and treats for them. I enjoyed Lunas customer service so much, that I went in a second time to have my document notarized by her. I noticed, I had misplaced my document receipt which was very important to have, so I called her to inform her of this. And she offered to prepare another document for me for free, with no worries. She is also, a real estate agent, and Ill be going to her next about a home. Thank you Luna, for your exceptional customer service, because in these times its not that easy to come by.

I desperately needed a livescan done on new years day. I had called over a dozen different services and no one was open. Just when I was about to give up Luna called me and said she could help me out. She took the time to go out of her way on a holiday to help me and never once made it feel like I was inconveniencing her. She was incredibly professional and we got my livescan done in about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend her if you like working with someone who will treat you like a person and not just a customer. She truly seems to enjoy helping people.

Luna Tax is great! She helped me with my fingerprinting. Then graciously allowed me to use her cellphone to call my phone company because I was having some phone issues. She also made copies of some documents for me for free. Lastly, she showed me apartment listings because I mentioned I was looking for an apartment and shes a realtor. Only negative was she charged me a dollar to pay with credit card but failed to let me know about the extra charge beforehand. I even asked for the total price before being charged and she didnt let me know about the extra fee.
