Spoke to Levita and she agreed to help me with a tax issue that came up. However, when I called her back to get help, she never responded, didnt bother calling me back, nothing! Never heard from her again. Left me to stress and deal with the issue on my own. Fortunately I found another company for my taxes (MBS Accountancy Corporation) who was willing to help and they have great ratings and from more than 2 people!!!
