Made 4 big mistakes. Filed my refund without me knowing. Without my w-2 and without my sons social security card. Supervisor in Visalia on court was rude impatient and disrespectful. Was screaming at me while my 9 month old baby was asleep in my arms. All I was requesting was the BIG BOSS Clintons number she refused to give me his number. Fresno was just as bad she filled my admendment claiming I owe $100 to IRS. Then after showing her and trying to explain to her for the millionth time I never received my refund just my stimulus. She finally humbled herself to check and then claimed I will be getting 3,000 back. I texted the manager Clinton and called him cause I wasnt comfortable for the 3rd time with his staff. I informed him another error has been made I felt scared to please call me. He never did. I still dont know what is going to happen with my tax return. They have zero interest to I communicate with me. NEVER GOING BACK! THE WAY I WAS TREATED WAS DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

The customer service is great. As soon as i walked in I was greated and also i was helped as soon as possible. The information they gave me about my taxes was excellent. Thank you for you guys service .

They are all smiles and accommodating before they get your business. After they do they do respond back to you. A lot of the run around. They have me a deadline and did not meet it. Now they want a payment for there late work. Now my taxes are late and probably wont be accepted.

The computers in the office were not cooperating. It took three people in there to get my taxes finished. Two of the three were not wearing the masks like they should’ve.

I had a worst experience with Donna who is unprofessional and unpleasant attitude.

Just went in today with a big tax problem. Staff was really polite and gave me peace of mind with my tax situation. I was told I will be called in a few hours, so things are going great so far! I will post an update after everything.Edit: They are great. Dont listen to these negative comments.

Ive been a customer for 5 years now and every year James Hosier does my taxes hes a wonderful sweet man and even though we dont see each other for an entire year he is very nice asks about my children and how everything is going its just like sitting down with a best friend and catching up over the year he gives so much information and even when Im setting up my appointment with him he tells me exactly what I need to bring so that we dont have any trouble since the first time James has done my taxes Ive been recommending people to him nonstop and Im going to continue to recommend people to him

Horribly disappointing and unprofessional.Informed my return would be complete on a Monday and would receive a call when done. Received no call.Informed my return would be complete the following Wednesday and would receive a call when done.Received no call.Multiple attempts to contact my tax professional unreturned.Was forced to create help ticket with regional supervisor to get a response.Paid for services and received receipt. Told I would receive a return in about 15 business days. One positive thing I can say is services were discounted for inconvenience.After receiving nothing a month later called to inquire about status and was informed somehow my return was not submitted.

This location fixed the mistakes on our taxes made by a previous location. They were very nice and apologetic about it too.

They are very rude,never answer there phones and when they do they ask how they can help then stop you in the middle of speaking and put you on hold without even asking.Ive never has such a bad experience getting my refund, they say one thing about your refund and online it says another.Also the people that are do the refund don’t know what they are doing and constantly having to stop to ask someone else how to do something. Also they are never open. If you get your refund here be prepared to stay and sit for hours. And don’t bring no kids because they are rude to you when you have fussy kids due to the fact they been sitting for hours and want to go home already.

Had a very bad rep that helped us with our taxes and never gonna go back to her to get our taxes done .. And she never sanitize her hands after wipping her nose or scratching her face ..

Went to the office yesterday, online hours showed open from 8-5 on Friday, I left work early to get my 2015 tax fix cause they failed to file my state. the lady said they would file them for 75.00 i live up in the foothills it takes me 1hr to get to fresno i lost time money and gas this isnt right
