Terrible customer service by both receptionist and the tax preparers’. We asked for the main tax preparer. She was talking and bossing all of her assistants while preparing my husband’s and my return. She kept coming in and out of the office to see what her assistants were doing. At the end she just told us what we were receiving as a refund and pretty much kicked us out of the office. We didn’t get any copies of our return. I was not comfortable with their processing. She told us we would get our return within two weeks. After the third week, we had not heard anything on our tax return we call their office. The call my husband later on that evening and told him that IRS had rejected our return. Now, the amount on the return was way less than what she had told us which I didn’t get my hopes up because I just knew my taxes were not done correctly. Nevertheless, the lady had put on our return three dependents and we only have one. They still filed our return without asking us if we still wanted to file. They still charge their full fee. To top if all she ask if we had two social security’s of minors to put them on our return as dependents and she would be able to get us the return amount she had initially had said. This is very unprofessional and unethical.

Been going to her for years what I like best is that Monica has hundreds of people going in and out of her office and I only go once a year to get my tax paper filed and she knows me by first and last name she remembers what we talked about last year she knows what I like and very helpful in everything.

This place is a joke of a business the main lady I assumed was the boss is very unprofessional and bossy to everyone there she has no business in business whatsoever as a employer.Would suggest staying far away from this place as I will.

The hours they handle are variable ... I called on Friday, December 21 to make sure it would be open on Saturday and the receptionist confirmed my question, I went to the office on Saturday around 10:30 in the morning and it turns out that the office is closed !!!! I wasted my time and gas ... bad point for them.
