Jan Arnold, EA, CFP, complied my 2016 tax return. She made multiple errors over multiple timeframes. Her approach to work appears to lack attention to detail. I was subject to State and Federal penalties. If not for my current CPA, further tax problems would have arisen. I would not recommend doing tax work with Jan Arnold, EA, CFP.Gwen E. Davey
