We requested septic tank inspections for TWO properties to be purchased by their prospective owners. We sent our inquiry via email which posted on their website.We waited few days (probably five days) with no avail. We called and asked the owner who couldnt find our original email. She sent us an email where we responded to her with the properties addresses and persons responsible for payments.We received the septic tank inspection proposal. However, the proposal had some disclaimer similar to the following:US Septic Systems will not be responsible for damage to any underground pipe, conduit, wire, line or tank directly or indirectly for damages caused by their work......The prospective owner of the first property asked the owner by email why US Septic is not responsible for the above but no response was given.Therefore, the proposal was REJECTED and US Septic did not get the Job.See attached proposal.
