My first pedi ever and It was 100% awsome will be there again next month

Great service. The staff took ALOT of time to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. The service and communication was impeccable. I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone in the area.

If I could put -100 stars I would. I went in on Sunday to get a feel for a full site, the nail technician that did my nails was so disrespectful and didnt speak a word of English. I told him what I wanted but he did something completely the opposite, and was in such a rush to finish the job and leave for the day. I asked him to fix my nails but he completely ignored me, even though He knew that he had done a terrible job. I still tipped him and paid almost $150 in total, but that same night three of my nails came off. The next day I called and I asked if I could go in and the lady that answered the phone said to come in at 12 but I was not able to because I had work so I asked if I could come later on and she said thats fine. Once I called to confirm that I was going to head over she said that they are busy and that they cannot take me and that they cant fix the problem. I then asked for a refund and she said that she cant give me a refund either because she already paid the nail technician and he quit his job because of his mistake. She then continue to yell at me and say that she doesnt have the patience to deal with this issue and then she hung up the phone. Not only am I upset about my nails, but that I paid a lot for them, but the worst part is the customer service and treatment. I would never treat anyone like that even if I knew that I hadnt made a mistake, I will try to fix the issue and no matter what I always maintain respect. Im so disgusted at how anyone can speak to anybody like that and be so disrespectful. In my opinion this is pure soft because I paid for something that I did not get in return. I have never been to a nail salon this horrible in my life.

Fast, good and friendly! I most often do not have a lot of time to spend on getting my nails done, so when they are done by some one who is not only fast but really good, I love and appreciate it! TOM was great!!

It was above average work. I do wish it had a more spa like setting. Also the towels were very rough on my skin.

Service was very mediocre. Definitely unprofessional though. I got a pedicure, and the very next day half the polish chipped off already. Cheap quality.

I have been for 5 years now looking for someone that can do my nails the way I like them, I love my nails to be thin, not bulky, and Same length. Tina was the amazing person who did my nails and I love them. Thank you so so so much Tina, I will go be going back and asking for her.

They boujee but they get down on everything you need from hands to feet. Highly recommend

The guy was very rude when asking he can fix something, left air bubbles in my nails and put only 1 gel coat on one hand and the other he put 2. Did not have the colors i wanted

Absolutely love this place! Affordable with a spa enviornment. This is my second set and the last one lasted 3 weeks without any issue and i am a hectic person that is not easy on their nails. Will be continuing to go and refer all my friends.

Bad manicure: the polish cracked after two hours, when pushing my cuticles also pushed my nail surface shredding it... I give it two stars for the people working in there. Reading the rest of the reviews I feel bad but the regular manicure it wasnt ok...

Love this place!! They do exactly what you want great prices great conversation and my nails have never lifted! Not once. I get gems all the time and never has a gem fell off or got caught in my hair. Definitely reccomend them. These ladies are great.

Ive been looking for a good nail place since I moved here. I finally found it. This was the best pedicure Ive ever had! I got the pedicure with callus remover. Lin worked on my rough areas until they were smooth. Her massage was excellent and the hot stones are a great touch.Hana did my griench gel polish, its not thick at all. My nails look natural and I love the shine. This is my new spot.

Probably one of the best pedicures Ive gotten in YEARS! I went to Te and she did a great job. I live 3 hours away from this shop and I will definitely be back!

You know that sayin Beauty is Pain while this applied here. She was a little rough when filing BUT overall she was amazing. Honestly suck it up butter cups. She took her time while doing my nails and Im so glad how they came out. I recommend this salon for everyone! :D

Had a really enjoyable experience. The nail tech was patient with me and got my nails done in a reasonable time and they came out very cute. The shop is relaxing and refreshing. Definitely worth the visit. I have a new nail home

I really enjoyed the service & the technicians did a really good job. We were a bridal party that went for pedicures. The only negative comment I have is that one of the technician’s children were there and were screaming & crying. It kind of took away from the relaxing environment.

Did not like this place. i think her name is mai or something but she works by the front desk and she is so rude. i wanted a certain style and she told me itll be ugly and that it wont look right, i had such bad service. she was so ruff and the nails came out TERRIBLE. she didnt get the sides so i just had acrylic on the top. there were gaps. she nipped my fingers bad when i she was clipping my nails. overall, i wouldnt go there.

I been coming here since they open . Tammy is amazing she always makes my nails look cute ! They do get busy so if you hate waiting my recommendation is to schedule an appt a day before right in the morning . Due to they always welcome walk ins . I would recommend hiring more Techs because I do feel like a bother. If I want to do more and people are waiting. Im assual client I come every 2-3 weeks and my nails do last !
