Very beautiful place. Nail technician was very quiet but very nice. Needed a simple french tip, nails came out pretty symmetrical.

Nails were good nail tech seemed like I was annoying him by being there. Declined a French manicure style so I had to opt for a color. They turned out good but wasn’t my first choice.Always much better experience when the tech at least pretends to like you 🙇🏻‍♀️

This was my first time visiting and I really enjoyed it. My sister and I got pedicures and Crystal and Tonie were absolutely great. I have a wonky toenail and Crystal made it look normal, incredible! We will be going back for sure.

Worst nail place ever!!! I was refer by a closed friend, extremely excited to try them out! As soon as I walked in it was a poorly service. I requested for a full set and the lady on table #13 gave me whatever she wanted!!! A refill when I clearly told her a new set. I don’t like to complain so I left it like that. Once arriving home my nail was lifting already! What less than 30 mins? Never again!!!

After going to 2 different people asking for a simple design and them agreeing they start and then later tell me they cant do it. And still ask me to pay full price. Absolute bs. Ive been going here for over 3 years and will never return after this experience

Nail polish was thin so the tech had to do 3 layers, which is fine, but the paint came out very un even, and didnt clean cuticles enough, where they showed up under the paint. Underarm wax felt rushed, as it often does at nail salons. Otherwise place was nice and clean.

My Girlfriend went here yesterday afternoon and she was bounced from one person to another who even though she was there for a hour didnt get her nails exactly straight and they were actually hurting her last night. After seeing this is wouldnt pay for her to go there again

Was a walk in but the nail techs worked quickly to get to me and the manager was very sweet. Loved the result and it’s so gorgeous inside! They offer lots of services I would also try!

Had my nails filled lady was ok I ask her to reshape one nail she stoped talking to me was RUDE & got really mad. I wasnt mean about it dont know what the deal was . Will never go back. And it was dirty. Sorry if she had a bad day but take it out on me. I TRYED CALLING THE Manager as he asked on here they wont let me talk to him

Clean, professional and friendly. Me and my husband got a pedicure and they made him feel really comfortable. Very sweet to my 5 year old and lot him sit in a pedicure chair that was not being used so he could have a back massage 😀😄.

Horrible experience! Overpriced service! She highly suggest gel as soon as you tell them what you want! They give me the color pallet when I specifically ask for NO GEL but the colors I chose is only in gel? It was in the color pallet they gave me? Whatever .. weird that was just the rough start. Then they set my feet in warm water soaking and no massage chair option to turn on while I get a manicure. Awkwardly turned to the side to put both my hands down. Then she cut my already natural short nails shorter during the manicure when I say just a smooth it down. I had to stop her from hurting me. Ugh 🤦🏽‍♀️ Pedicure is horrible my feet still feel rough. Over just a gross experience and I couldn’t wait to leave. I paid and tipped but it was unappreciated. I spent $60 (with the suggested upgrade) and tipped $5. Whatever it’s done. Maybe it was a language barrier or maybe I being of Asian decent (Filipino) wasn’t treated as well as the white woman next to me. I rarely leave reviews but I will not return and will never recommend this place sorry ☹️

Services felt a bit rushed as they were pretty busy, but the nail tech, as well as the rest of the staff were very friendly. Communication was a little difficult at times but the staff ensured they knew what I wanted prior to proceeding. Well see how long the gel manicure lasts. On a side note, the manager (or what seemed to be) handled a difficult customer very professionally while I was there.

The service was great, the Deluxe Manicure/Pedicure set I would dare to say that it contained more than I expected. And the price was reasonably good.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! Me and my friends went here and they ruined my nails and when I told her to please fix it.. she just added more top coat so now my nails are super thick. my friends hated their nails too!! Save yourself the trouble!!!

I went here with my 11 year old daughter to get our nails done together. We were initially impressed with the size and feel of the store, but that faded as our visit continued. First they wouldnt allow us to sit next to each other. They said it was because of covid but then sent us to opposite sides of the salon. I can understand being 6 feet apart but being on opposite sides of the salon from my child is not ok.. We sat down and showed the ladies very specific pictures of what we wanted. My daughters was decent but mine wasnt anywhere near.. by the time I realized that i wasnt getting what I had asked for, the lady was done with my nails and walking away. I stopped her and showed her the picture again and she acted like she had no idea. Really?! Then she charged me $5 extra for flowers that looked NOTHING like my picture and were supposed to be included. Very cheaply done. My daughter and I wanted matching nails, as this trip was special for us. That was out the window.. Needless to say were definitely not going back here. Ill find a better salon for much cheaper elsewhere.

Just went in to get my nails taken off, it was beautiful inside as well as nice and clean. My nail tech (#7) did more than just remove my old acrylics, he even fixed 2 of my natural nails that were broken. I had a bandage over one of my fingers and he made sure he didnt forget it. Great service, I wouldnt mind trying out more of their services in the future.

Queen Bee does a pretty good job at pedicures. My only complaint is that I cant always walk in, I need to make an appointment when they get really busy. My longest walk-in wait was 20 minutes and the place was jam packed! Great value for the service.

I paid $112 for a gel fill & pedi. They rush you in and do HORRIBLE work. My nails look lumpy, rounded and the polish is dull when they SHOULD be clean, neat and coffin shaped & glossy. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE. THEY ARE SO POLITE BUT PROBABLY TALK ABOUT YOU TO EACH OTHER IN THEIR OWN LANGUAGE. AND NO IM NOT RACIST IM ASIAN MYSELF!

Let me start by saying that this woman lives up to her name. Ive been tending bar for a very long time. It can be a fun job, but definitely takes a toll on ones body. she was the ultimate professional, and when I told her my occupation, she knew exactly what parts of me needed the most TLC! This was seriously one of the deepest and best massages Ive ever had, and Im no spring chicken. I would absolutely recommend her, and I will be a repeat customer. Thanks for being awesome,

Terrible service, especially from table 14. Messed up my wifes nails, then told her she saw nothing wrong (nails looked like someone who never did nails before attempted to do them). Told us to come back tomorrow at 10am and they would fix them. When we arrived they said she was busy and to come back in an hour. I said no, so they still made us wait for 25 minutes. The lady finally came up to my wife and said very loudly and disrespectful What? You no like your nail? They look fine to me then loudly said something in another language and all the workers laughed. She continued to say degrading things about us through out fixing her mistakes on my wifes nails that felt racist and inappropriate. Ill never recommend this place and will tell everyone to avoid at all costs.The absolute worst service Ive ever been subjected to

Good job with the nails but dont buy the extra expensive packages, if youre looking for extra massage as they state, it doesnt happen. Ive been a repeat customer over the years and have had maybe one do the full treatment. Pricey too. They charge extra $15 now for gel polish, and their assortment of regular polish has diminished considerably.

It was my first time there today. Worst experience ever. Only good thing about my visit I was attended right away. The lady doing my nails was working so fast like if she was in a rush.. she made my nails way too short and I mentioned it to her and she said don’t worry I’ll fix it.. the way she “fixed” it was adding extra acrylic my nails look super clumpy. I got no design, no rinestones, no shape, super short nails. And my total was 41 dollars. Never again worst service ever when I told her she can’t seriously try charging me 41 she started to laugh. Don’t recommend this place to anyone . Don’t waste your money here.

Someone suggested this place. Once was enough. Not going back. I was expecting much better service and results than what I received for the price. Ive done a better job on my nails myself. I would reccomend solar nails in Clovis. Priced right, service is excellent and good results.

I came here from WA not knowing what to expect. I wanted to get an acrylic overlay on my natural nails. I came with shellac on my nails already and half of it had peeled of prior to coming in. So, the nail technician decided to use the machine to file off the remaining shellac instead of soak it off with acetone, cotton, and foil. I let it slide. Then she globbed on the acrylic and shaped my nails with a file before grinding them down, leading to me asking her to square out my nails at the end where she proceeded to tell me they were already straight. She didnt seem like she even knew how to apply polish. It took ages. She tried to convince me to pay another $6 for gel twice even when I said no the first time. At this point in my review, Im being nit picky because I know how to do nails properly. But at the end I was charged $35. $30 for an overlay (a full set where Im from is $22+, starting at $22 for short nails, mine were slightly past the finger tips), and $5 for taking off my shellac which was simply drilled off. Long story short, no tip for this lady and I will never come back here when I stop by on a yearly basis to California.

I should have listened to all of the negative reviews. I had the worst experience I have ever had ANYWHERE in my whole life. I had one request on my pedicure and had to remind her 3 times to do it, and then she only did one foot . I never received the 10 min massage that came with the pedicure. (Although she said she did it) She spent more time talking to the man next to her than paying attention to what she was doing with me. Anyway, when it was over, I was explaining to her that I was not satisfied with the service I received and therefore she would not be getting a tip today. (Hoping that she would make adjustments for the next customer) Thats when the man next to her started screaming at me in front of everyone and telling me that I always stiff people on the tip and she did her job and kicked me out. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. That indeed was my first time at this establishment and will definitely be my last. ( as well as my friend who was with me ) I have always and still will be a very good tipper in all areas of service, but she indeed deserved no tip. However, I DID NOT deserve to be verbally abused that way for trying to be honest.

I went to get a pedicure. I was asked if I want my nails done and I tried a new product called Healthy Nails. It looks horrible. Very lumpy and dull. I didnt really notice yesterday but today the more I look at it, its awful. I called and asked to get them redone and was told it would be $41they would not fix I had to pay again. Wouldnt recommend this salon.

I paid $28 for a Spa Pedicure that was to include a 10 minute massage. I was done in 20 mins tops and the massage was all of 2 minutes. Very unsatisfied with that. But the place is nice and for the most part clean. I will not be going back.

This place is not worth your money and Ive given this place two chances. A $51 pedicure does not live up to the price or expectation. Yeah, the hot wax is nice but they dont do a great job really getting into the toenails, nailbed, and cleaning up. They never scrub your feet enough or massage each leg equally or for a decent amount of time. They were awfully rough with handling and my feet were dry by the second day after the pedicure. For $51, I better be getting gold flakes on my toe nails and that isnt even for gel. Its just for regular nail polish. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I would like to give this a good rating, it has allstar potential. The single star is for the neat decor. I attended in a group of 3 and we all got pedicures. 1st off ALL of our chairs were broken. The massage function worked, but the controllers were broken and unreadable. The arms were wobbly and none of the tables sat straight. Mine and my daughters chair had the back of the seat part broken down and we were sitting in a hole. Lets move on to the actual pedicure... We sat for 20 minutes in pedicure chairs before soneone came by and finally added water. Another 5 minutes later ladies finally startedcoming by and within 8 minutes we were done... We all got the package including a massage and it was a waste of money. I could have saved the few bucks and used a tennis ball on my living room floor and gotten a better massage. All of our nails could have been polished by an 8 year old and looked the same. So disappointed.

I was there on Saturday to get a gel mani as a gift from my bestie, who was with me. I requested an American manicure from my technician who told me that they don’t do those there. So that was Saturday by Sunday I had three chips and as of today (Tuesday) six nails have completely come off like stickers. Btw my bestie got an American mani from her technician.

Would never go back or recommend this place The tech kept offering different services and upgrades after I declined all services and wanted just a simple pedi her attitude changed she became rude and my pedi lasted 15 mins from start to finish. I have been going to Queen Bees for awhile now and have no idea why. This place is extremely overpriced and the work is crappy. One time I chose a cream colored nail polish for my nails n the girl said it was too light. What??? Um whos paying for the service me or them? They charge extra for every little thing and they are very rude. I think its also rude when they speak in their language knowing we dont understand them. There are times its completely obvious they are talking about the customers when a customer disagrees with them. And my biggest pet peeve is if I point out something wrong n they say, I dont see nothing wrong with them. Drives me crazy! Very unprofessional place. They dont even know how to do nail art and they charge a fortune for plain nails. Plus they expect a tip! I would never recommend this place.
