Got dip yesterday here and Julie did my nails. Did a top coat of gel over the dip and I asked her not to. She promised it was better and to trust her. I came back today and she refused to fix, saying I’d have to come back at 6pm and I couldn’t of course. Of course she takes walk ins just not when it comes to fixing things. The gel coat is horrible, gummy and pulling off my dip nails. Dip has there own special top coat and is NOT gel. I get dip all the time. I’m from out of town which she knew and now have to live with these ugly nails until I get home to have fixed.. which will cost me more money. Super unprofessional and not willing to make things right. I would not recommend!!

I usually don’t write reviews...but I had to after my last experience. I stopped going here because I noticed that if you become a regular, they stop doing a good job. I decided to give them one more shot and I got a pedicure. The lady did a HORRIBLE job painting my nails. My nails were cut even. Never again.

My manicurist and I have bonded and as I was leaving I asked my manicurist for her phone number. My husband and I were going to help her finish moving into a new residence. As she started to hand it to me, the owner started yelling at her for trying to give me her personal phone number. I tried to explain to the owner that it had nothing to do with nails and so did her employee but she would not listen to either of us, but continued to talk over both us.Since I had already paid, I walked out fuming. I am calling tomorrow to see if my manicurist is still there. If not, I will not return. I can understand why they only have a 2.9 rating. The owner/manager is AWFUL, rude, and unprofessional!

Dont even bother. SO RUDE. I live 45 minutes up the mountain from this place so I called ahead to ask for pricing on a pedicure and gel manicure. The woman totally refused to tell me prices over the phone insisting I have to come into the shop to find out. I then explained how far of a drive it was and thats why I was calling and she still refused to tell me this simple information. Wont be giving them my business, thats for sure!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Manager/owner was very rude, she messed up on my gel nails and got upset because I asked her to redo it and didn’t care to put the base coat over again after asking her to. On top of that she still left gel polish on my skin. When I paid and didn’t give her a tip she snatch her clip board and walked away. She is so rude and very unprofessional, I will NEVER return to this nail shop again. Very disappointed with the customer service. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Dont come here my nails are lumpy and it was 30 bucks for cuts on my fingers and crooked nails THIS SUCKS!
