Came on Sat afternoon. Was greeted when I walked in by a young man. Very kind and helpful. Another young man did my MRI who was equally kind and helpful. Thank you for making this a positive experience for me!

The team is so friendly. They explain everything well, your never left in the dark. They are always on top of their “A” game.Also I’m going into med school, I asked the tech today to show me how to do IVs, so he showed me step by step on myself as he was doing mine, on what to do, what to look for, how to do it properly. He didn’t have to do that, but he took the time to explain a lot to me.I highly recommend these guys. Best team around. No joke.

When you have an appointment for an MRI, it goes quickly. They have a nice waiting room near the MRI room that is not crowded. If going for an x-ray, its walk in only and the line and wait can get pretty long. Staff was very kind and helpful upon each visit.

Staff members are nice. Just a helpful hint: if your going for x-rays get there around 6:20am if you don’t wanna wait 2 or more hours. They open the doors at 6:30am and start doing x-rays at 7am.

Very sweet women. I came to my appointment 30 minutes early because they wanted me to have a full bladder for my ultrasound but I really had to use the restroom so they made an acception and took me in early! Very accommodating and the process was very quick and easy. If I ever need an ultrasound or anything again Ill definitely come back to this location. Thanks guys!

Upon arriving as a walk-in I was met by friendly staff. Clean and well setup lobby. Though it did take time to get in for my x-ray accommodations were comfortable. The Techs were well versed and made my experience positive. I am happy to have found this imaging center.

The staff were friendly and supportive by it was a three hour wait for a five minute X-ray.

Thank you my visit was quick, I was checked in and out with in less than half an hour just my kind of service. And the people from the young man that checked me in to the young lady that escorted me to the room and the one that did the ultrasound were all very pleasant.

Ive been here twice for ultrasound appointments and have had great experiences both times. Most recently, I arrived to my appointment ten minutes early and only waited 15 minutes from then to be seen. The ultrasound techs were super friendly and we chatted and laughed like friends would during my entire ultrasound. I was made to be very comfortable and highly recommend it here.

Great service and very friendly staff. The MRI tech was awesome.

Wait time was about five minutes; front desk staff were friendly, efficient; the waiting area was clean.The tech, Joesph, I think was his name, was equally kind, explained what was going to happen, was calming.All in all, a positive experience. Felt like I was in good hands all around.

This place has a very professional staff. They offer wonderful & quick services to the patients. It took me only 12 minutes since I came in for my X-Ray to get out again.Appreciating their help.

Terrible place.... I walked in the door at 742am at it is now 920 and they havent even did my paperwork yet.....you keep hearing hearing .. about 45min wait me and lady next to me laughing about it....The elderly lady next to me say my turn should be coming up....,.... No appointment needed but 4 people that came after me went in before me, remember no appointments, why?So it is now 930 am, hour and forty five minutes. I mean I guess it is a good thing to have patience...... I definitely hope that I never have to come here again but if I do I will ask for an appointment............

I had a positive experience at Fresno Imaging. The young lady who did the ultrasound was friendly and thorough and put me at ease. I appreciate those who go out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

I had arrived a few minutes before my appointed time and so I didnt have to wait. That was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very helpful and kind. Most of all they treated as a person and not like I was just one on the assembly line that they rushed thru to the next.

The staff is really nice and friendly. They will try their best to accommodate your needs. Always greeted with a smile.

Had a Saturday appointment and it was a breeze. Waited only a short time and there was almost no one there. Got my MRI done fast and easy. Tech was great and told me what to expect and when I was done, I was out of there! Appointment was at 3:30, arrived at 3…left the facility at 4! Henceforth…a Saturday appointment it is!!

This facility is great! They took very good care of me. They referred me to er but gave me a letter and additional information. I highly recommend this imaging facility

The people are very nice but I waited 2 hours outside to be seen then put in a changing room for another 25 minutes for 10 minutes of X-rays.

Registering was fast and easy. The waiting area was too small, I had to stand while doing my paperwork. Once I was done, 15 min later I was called in and the service was great. Service is great, waiting are too small.

Great! Didnt have to wait, they took me back right away for my MRI, made me feel comfortable, & Was a pleasant experience.

Paperwork was done online so check in was easy.Very little waiting. They took me in for my MRI right on time. Technicians explained everything thoroughly.

They were able to see me pretty quickly. Impressed with how quick they got me out of there.

Friendly and fast. The ultrasound technician was very polite and very skilled. I also asked if they could do a MRI with my MRI pacer and they responded quite quickly that it must be done in a hospital environment. Very pleased I would go back if possible.

Staff was professional and courteous, my doctor forgot to send referral but they called right away to get it verbally.

For some 10 years or more, I have always go to Fresno Imaging because Im always treated like a person. The staff are so friendly and respectful especially when it comes to my privacy. Today checking in, Dena was so kind and helpful in my situation. The tech in the back office was also professional, kind and caring. She made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk with. This place was nice and Polite but the wait was extremely long I went in there at 11:00 am and didn’t get out of there until 2:45 pm and the service only took 10 minutesA 3 hour wait for a 10 minute service in my opinion if I have to do more exray of anything I will go somewhere else if possibleThank you

Very friendly and informative staff. Less than 5 mins. after completing paperwork it was time for my CT scan.

So at first I gave a 2 star. But since they’ve been on it with their game. It’s been smooth. And hey. I’m glad they’ve earned their 5 stars.

I took my mom there for X-rays and I asked for a spare wheelchair which was provided immediately. Nice staff and extremely friendly. My mom fell because she has back problems before getting on the bed for exam and the whole team came and went far beyond helping us getting her up and making her feel safe and in good hands. I really am grateful and didn’t expect the thing they done for us. So I highly recommend.

I was referred to this facility by my PCP and I was not disappointed. I had to get a head CT and Hector was amazing. He made me feel so comfortable. From the time I entered the facility to the time I left was maybe a total of 30 minutes, if that. Thank you.

The only reason I’m giving you guys 5 stars is because of Michael the MRI tech. It was a blessing to have him do my MRI.

I was not happy with this facility. They do workers comp. But as a result, they have a glut of clients and the wait is horrendous. The MRI machine was extremely loud and provided hearing protection is not adequate. I was given a bulb to call for help but unfortunately both arms and hands went numb inside the tube and I could not press the bulb for help. X-rays are only done on a walk in basis so the wait to get those takes hours. Obviously some people have that kind of time to waste, I do not.

Staff was friendly and efficient. The ultrasound tech that preformed my ultrasound was very efficient as well as kind

Got me in and out for my MRI appointment that I called in the morning of, wonderful experience, sweetest staff, and actually enjoyed the break I had resting in the MRI machine!

Everyone there has learned the true meaning of respect. Refreshing. Every question answered and any concerns alleviated. Didnt like why I was there. God bless them all.

I was greeted as I came inside. Everyone had mask on and the waiting room was set up with social distances. The person who did my ultrasounds was nice and professional. Everyone was very helpful.

I thought the front office personnel was very slow and seemed unconcerned about it all. I dont understand the wait time just to get registered, took over an hour. The medical staff, ie; the techs were a pleasant change, they had conversation and both appeared very very knowledgeable of the machines and did not have to retake any x-rays due to poor quality. Overall the front I would rate about 2 stars and the back, I would rate 10 stars. One other issue is why can we not make an appt for x-rays, but you do make appts for other services. And you cannot reach the office directly, thats bad customer service that you cannot speak to a human. Thanks for asking!

It was a pleasant experience. I signed my check in forms on line the day before with all my info so I wouldn’t have to do it the day of . When I got there I told them I was there and they got me in with in 10 minutes. I was out in no time . The gal who did my ultrasound was very pleasant and well mannered .

The young man at registration didn’t not enter my registration info. He set it to the side. He stated my wait time could be 60 - 90 mins due to being a walk in. I agreed to wait outside, to social distance, as the waiting room was to busy to social distance.After waiting approximately 1 hr, I checked in with a different registration clerk, as I had not be called to sign papers yet. She checked with the young man, and he pointed and the info and my cards, then said he was going on break.The young lady then began imputing my information and registering me.So my wait time doubled to 3 hrs.This is my 2nd interaction with this young man, and both times were problematic.The female registration clerk and x-Ray technician were helpful and pleasant, thus a star for each of them.

My Mom had an MRI and she said they were nice and very patient.

Excellent service and great attention to comfort. Felt the tech was knowledgeable and professional. Only one complaint, it would have been nice to have some music. Maybe not possible because of the strong magnetic field but you asked for my input. Thank you. Mike Ross.

I waited 4 hrs to be seen...obviously way to long! Saying theres a shortage in staff is NOT an excuse! Do better!!

The minute I entered the center i felt very welcome and relaxed . I was nervous the whole week before my appt.I was greeted Immediately .and the x-ray techs were super friendly and proffesional I was in and out inn less than half an hour .five stars.for sure.thanks guys!!!

Was the best experience yet getting x-x-rays. I was in and out in 40 minutes, Fastest yet. Might have been luck, Im not sure but was happy it was fast.

When Im needing to visit this place, the staff are consistently friendly, informative & clean. Plenty of the staff multitask, friendly amongst one another. My main concern though, upon introduction, too much sensitive information is casually spoken amongst open minds, other patients, couriers etc. This pattern remains the same each visit. Like to see this part of its business change.

Been their before, but this time was way better, other than it was a little more chilly (ac) the whole staff including the doctor was awesome, I would highly recommend that you go there for imaging,if you go in for MRI the girls will give you a blanket I know that most will, but they offered before I asked, great place!

The office staff were friendly & pleasant. Even though I was a walk-in, I did not have to wait very long at all. The radiology tech named Brian was great! He put me at ease immediately with his personable nature. He made it a great experience.

The people working were very nice but two things need improvement. The waiting room is set up during COVID that very few people could be in it and no two related people could sit next to each other. There was outside seating but it was Fresno and mid 90’s. the other thing was that there was no communication as to how long your wait was going to be. You didn’t know if it was going to be five minutes or three hours. Some system of an estimate or what number in line you were would be appreciated

Very Professional, very courteous staff. Eased my nervousness by explaining the procedure. Advised me when my Doctor would receive the report.

Really helpful staff. Made everything as easy as possible. Recently got in an accident and had to get a ct and X-ray done and it was the fastest service I’ve gotten and everyone was just helpful in general. Facility was really clean also.

Fresno Imaging Center has the best staff! From the front desk, Xray and MRI techs to billing they know their jobs, do it professionally and smile too. Ive never had to wait too long for any procedure.

I went there on 9/13/21 for a pelvic x-ray, arrived at 6:30 am, was the very first patient, and left at 7:50. Does that sound like I am pleased???

I was a walk-in for xrays of my knee. I had an hour wait which is more than acceptable. The staff and technicians were all very kind and professional. I will use their services again if necessary.

Staff was friendly the efficient informed me of my amount due at the time of my visit. Though I was unable to make an appointment for my standard x-ray, the wait time was informed to me at the time of my check-in. And I was actuallyseeing early. The x-ray technician was extremely friendly told me exactly what he needed me to do was patient while I got there into position and advised me when I was finished or the facilities were and how to exit. The facility was a little tricky to find but now that I know where it is it being a contracted facility I will remember this facility in the future.*update 9/17/21. This facility is experiencing a extremely long wait time and patient needs to be their own advocate. Facility is also not cleaned on a regular basis. Run by a younger staff,some who are glad to work some who dont. The rest of my review stands.

I went today,to have a couple procedures, they were so nice a professional. I had a incident due to my diabetes,they were prompted to help me,it was a great experience.to me, not all heros wear capes

The young man that did my xray was excellent but I hope my billing is straightened out from a prior test. I can not get anyone to followup regarding my concerns after three calls and promises to get back to me.

I need a chest xray Stat for possible pneumonia, every place I went they didnt take walk-ins regardless of it being Stat. Also, many closed at 4:30 and it was 4:55. I came into Fresno Imagine Center and they took me even with only 5 minutes left. I am grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

The waiting area was unorganized and the line to check in was all over the place and winding through the waiting area.I had to change out of some of my clothes for an MRI and the door wouldn’t securely lock so I had told it while undressing and dressing. It’s an easy fix that should be done for patients privacy.When I went in for the MRI they didn’t let them know I was going feet in first due to claustrophobia and they had to rearrange it, which one of the men seemed annoyed by. I did my best to deal with going into the tube but I would never do it again, I was having bad anxiety and had to just get through it.My experience wasn’t terrible, either the exception of that MRI tube, but it was great either. There’s too many people waiting, multiple waiting areas and the overly crowded waiting room was just too much, especially with the low ceilings.

Great staff and their for a walk-in x-ray. Ive been here on numerous occasions and never waited long. Always refreshing to see a kind face when not feeling well! Thanks!👍

I was there before they opened on a Monday morning and first walk-in x-ray patient so it was very quick. The staff I encountered were very friendly. I will definitely go back if need be.

During my visit the staff was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I was in and out within 45 mins as a walk-in patient.

Fast efficient, nice transport guys, very patient and helpful took me to the back escorted me to the room assisted me in out up the CT MRI TABLE explained about loud noises expected but i didn’t expect it to last that long in the machine.. -1 star that i ws in that machine longer than expected. Best tip if you struggle with anxiety think about food and close tour eyes and breath. Overall i would recommend it here

Very satisfied with the way I was treated prior to MRI test .... Being claustrophobic I had to take.a couple of Ativan prior to test ....they really made sure I was ok afterwards before I left.... Very pleased with the employees that I delt with ... They did their job well... Thank you

Refused to help open doors for me( i’m in a wheelchair) and didn’t have proper equipment to take my x-rays because i’m in a wheelchair. terrible and very inconsiderate staff

The gentleman who helped me was so patient with me and so helpful and very instructive. Im very talkative and he was patient with me. My experience was very good.
