Extremely rude secretary that should be FIRED. A delivery driver went to VEI Logistics to pick up an order and bring it to the customers house and the lady told him to get off the premises and dont come back. She said she couldnt release the order because she needed confirmation. She did receive confirmation 5 hours prior to the deliver guy picking up. My husband called to ask her to give our order to the delivery driver and she was rude and said NO. I also called and she was even rude with me. Then, the company that told her to release the order called back and told her to let the delivery guy pick up the order and she still refused to let him pick it up. We still have not received our order that we were supposed to get a month ago. NEVER USE VEI LOGISTICS FOR A DELIVERY. UNLESS YOU NEVER WANT TO GET YOUR ORDER AND YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Every so often, my company gets an order that HAS to be delivered by a certain time (even though it may be slightly unrealistic)- and I have to jump through hoops to make sure it gets delivered on our clients schedule.In early July, 2017, I got such an order- and I needed help from Valley Express to get this shipment delivered ON TIME (actually a day earlier that it was technically scheduled)- with white glove service to insure that there was no damage.Jeff, the Routing Manager at Valley Express, was exceedingly helpful in making sure that this shipment got priority.Our old College ROTC instructor used to say that close only counted in horseshoes and hand grenades- but Jeff made it happen- and our client was very happy with me.That high level of service is very appreciated- and I applaud Jeff for caring about this shipment almost as much as I did.Warmly,Barry SchusterUniversal Seating Company
Too bad AIT Worldwide has contracted with VEI Valley Express to deliver for them, they have a delivery for us that shipped from San Diego on Dec 3, today is Dec 27 and we still have not received our delivery!Why? Because they lost our product!!!They did not want anyone to know, so they just kept rescheduling, saying they didnt have any trucks in our area until after Christmas (Horse Pucky!!) We found out they dropped it off at a business in a town 40 miles away, and that business told someone else (not us) and they told someone else....etc.Why no one called us, I dont know. But here we are, with a client that wanted their product before Christmas, but NOPE! Not with VEI Valley Express involved, they never called to say that ONE of our boxes was lost, do we want the rest of our shipment so we could at least contact our client and attempt to install most of the product before Christmas!Nope, they just took it upon themselves to toss it to the side, because to them....YOUR SHIPMENT IS ONLY A BOX... IT IS NOTHING TO THEM... JUST AS YOU ARE! AND WHEN YOU CALL THEM, THEYLL JUST HANG UP ON YOU CAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT!!!!
Horrible customer service. They wont even talk with new customers who want to do business with them. Jeff is VERY rude and wont even talk with new customers. So sad...
