Amazing, understanding, work with you type of company to work for. Very and i mean very family oriented. From a female in a Male dominated work feild this company has respect for women. (I think i was the only woman who didnt work in the office...)

First I NEVER write reviews, but I specifically singed up to write on this. I would give this company a negative star, the delivery staff including the management were honestly the WORST i have ever experienced. .I placed my order through Wayfair. Go Express, LLC is the delivery company. My order stated 280 pounds and PAID for services of ANY floor and room. Upon delivery, (that I paid for) I was immediately told by Go Express, we have the right to refuse service, we can not deliver your item to the second floor. They totally came unprepared for a 280 pound item that stated 2nd floor on order. I did not want them to hurt themselves, but wanted them to finished the job, so I requested a 3rd person to come out to finish the job. Management refused my request and stated., We are obligated to only provide 2 delivery guys. I offered to pay extra for the 3rd person and again they refused. John also stated, we are the ONLY contracted service through Wayfair so do what you have to do . One delivery guy told me, that is not my pay grade I was completely applauded by the unprofessional work ethic and lack of effort with Go Express, LLC . The company did nothing to accommodate or finish what they were hired/contracted to do . They left my item in the middle of my living room. I hired another company that i had to pay additionally for. The new company with 1 guy, finished the job that Go Express, could not do with 2 guys. Go Express, LLC needs process improvement or they simply dont care. I will make sure for future items, Go Express, LLC does not ever come back to my home....ever!
