Great place to work at. You get to work at your own paced. The night supervisors that I had by the name of Leo and Shayne. They are very Helpful and caring. Also the site that I use to work at as a Janitor, the customers made me and the other co workers feel welcome.

Awesome company to work for. I have been working as a janitor for 3yrs. They give bonus at end of year. I have met the owner Ryan one time and seems like a nice guy. There is a lady that works there that is always helpful. Her name is Martha. She always has a good attitude over phone.

When I started working for this company it was 3 of us.. a month later it was only me working alone.. being told that theyre not hiring anyone and that I can handle it alone so I thought I might get a raise for doing a work of 2 at least.. nope..under no supervision and barely any communication.. when I called in 2 ppl would cover me when they said its a job for one.. they expect a lot to be done in 8 hours.. 47 offices 4 big break rooms, 7 restrooms, etc.. they were ungrateful and unappreciated.. they had said if we dont call u thats good.. that means no complaints and means your doing good so they would never call to see how your doing or to say keep up the good work.. nothing. They didnt put much effort into their employees which made it hard to motivate myself.. Gladly Im not working for them anymore.. it isnt worth my time.. hope this helps!!

This company is a crook. I hope all city businesses and other local businesses check their contracts cause I know for a fact that they are cheating the system. Theyre not getting all services per contract and new CEO Roy Hernandez is fully aware. Tickets being signed off before the dates. Service agreed on contracts are pushed away. Companies like this will soon fail.

I honestly had high hopes for the company when I first joined, but I was sorely disappointed. Below the absolute minimum amount of communication with my now ex-supervisor (Which I realize doesnt encompass the company as a whole), the planning of facility placement as well as a friend of mines was horrible (literally only two of us working a 24 hour facility with no one to fill in for us besides our supervisor), and consistent discrepancies of my hours recorded vs. hours I actually worked. Ive had far worse experiences with other companies, but my time working for these people certainly wasnt a good experience either.

I work for a company that strives. To work with with employees to make a better job and better environment for the workers. I have been working there for 2 years and I got sick the whole company came together and helped me deal with my issues my medical issues am still off of work and they still calling and asking how Im doing. Ive been doing janitorial work for a lot of many many years I never seen a company like this one bend over backwards to help employees to keep their job helpful on get well. this company has an awesome upper management class people not running the show and they promote from inside is awesome. The HR lady for l thatnInc is working real close with me and trying to help me as best as she can. And they start you off at $10. Crooked company worked for them for 2 years and the supervisor was a pervert who was lazy hardly ever helpful and love to threaten his workers of termination to get them to work harder or do his job favoritized by director treats their employees unprofessionally no potential for a raise before many employees were getting paid ranging from 9 to 14 dollars depending on your job site and difficulty of the job, but now every one gets paid 10 dollars no matter how difficult or extensive the job, in short a company who excepts favoritism, fabrication of issues on employees who they do not like and no chance of advancement

Worst company ever, supervisor was racist and demeaning, wouldnt advise me of complaints and used those complaints to get me fired.
