Would rate a zero if I could! This is just one of the many things not done with a Professional Deep Cleaning from this Company! The Owner offered a $45 credit which wasnt even received on a $560 charge! (See Picture)

Hired to preform a Deep Cleaning of my Mothers apartment for a flat rate of $325. They arrived at 2:00 and called my Mother at about 4:15 and said they were about done. (Wow that was fast!) Well I went and saw what was done and was pretty disappointed. The floors were still in bad shape, stairwell was not mopped, dusting just ok, windows were not cleaned, metal blinds were dusted but several were bent. Overall it was disappointing for $325. Not sure we got the Deep Cleaning as advertised or paid for. The ladies were very nice but not very thorough IMO. UPDATE!!! Thank you Jose and Michelle for turning this into a 5 Star 🌟 review. Amazing job of standing by your product.

Michelle and Sierra did a great job on my house. I will use this company in the future and recommend to any others that need house cleaning. They were professional and made sure to check with me on what I wanted them to do and asked if there was any specific areas I wanted them to show extra attention to. My house looked and smelled great!

Always Ready a cleaning did an amazing job for my client. The home was not ready for her to take possession when we received keys however within a few hours the always ready cleaners were hard at work making it shine for my client. Definitely my go to team in Fresno County

Does a great job. I like how they have me list on paper which tasks you want done. That way my expectations are met. Makes sense. I had the two hour cleaning service for my small place. The cleaner worked hard and did a great job. Their pricing is competitive. Every cleaner Ive had does a great job especially Elida.

I used their services for a bedroom and bathroom. The cleaner was named Michelle from the fresno office. After two hours the bill was $79.00. I payed her in cash $90.00 total. The next day my debit card was charged $79.00. I called management and explained I payed in cash. Management said in the notes on my account, that she was not to accept cash. She did anyway. Management called Michelle and she denied that I gave her cash. She lied, and management is taking her word over mine. This company and Michelle is unethical and not a company to do business. Now Im out $90.00 dollars. Do not use this company especially Michelle. She drives an older white compact car. She is middle age, long brown hair. The company will not reimburse me. Stay away!!!

We had our home deep cleaned by Michelle and Alinda on 9/11/19. Shortly after they left, we realized there was $80 missing from our drawer. There was no one else in our home and these two ladies were the only ones who could have taken the money. We called the cleaning company regarding this robbery and they “deemed no foul play”. We are sure these two ladies robbed us.

Purchased a cleaning for the first time ever and very pleased with service!I called on a Monday, and was able to schedule an afternoon cleaning for Thursday the same week. Due to some miscommunication (mostly on my part) cleaners werent able to clean on my scheduled day. But once we figured out where we hit the snag, Jose offered to have someone come in first thing the next morning! Again, I feel like this was mostly my fault!!My cleaner, Michelle, was so sweet! We were even able to laugh about the mix up the day before. I understand her having to come to my place might have thrown off her schedule, but I could tell she clearly takes her work seriously because she made a comment that its all going to get done, even if she had to have a late day.I wasnt able to stay or return when she was finished, but once I got home I was beyond pleased with her work! Im a single mom that kinda fell behind in the housework...so seeing everything she tackled (again, knowing she had other jobs to do later), fully cleaned, brought me an overwhelming sense of relief!! THANK YOU MICHELLE!!!!My only suggestion/what Id like: more use of the text messaging. Love that text was used to confirm cleaners coming, and/or delay in their arrival. Since I was at work, I wasnt able to get any calls as the signal was almost nonexistent, but my texts could come through. We might have been able to figure out the issue sooner on my scheduled date if I had got a text saying call please or something.

I have been using ARC for a couple of years. Obviously, over time, little things come up, but ARC has managed their services professionally and respectfully. I recommend them to anyone. Jose has taken care of every issue and always makes it right. Keri and Vinessa have given me the best service! I’m a happy customer.

They did a really good job. The only complaint is that the mirrors in the bathroom weren’t cleaned. Other than that everything was great.

They didn’t really do much they were there for 2 hours but they were trying to kill the time. The said something else but they did something else. I really didn’t like their service. They were being lazy with the work and didn’t really do much, half of the time I had to tell them or ask them to clean. They need to be clear with their words.

We first used the services of Always Ready over a year ago when we were moving out of our then home. They completed a deep clean and cleaned our carpets and did an amazing job. When we moved into our new home, we started using Always Ready for a monthly cleaning and Elida was scheduled for our home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elida. I’ve never been so happy to come home. Even my husband has commented on how clean the home was. So much so, that it was noticible when someone else cleaned. The house was still spotless, and a great cleaning...just not Elida great!

I got a coupon for a discounted cleaning for 3000 square feet but two of the bedrooms need no cleaning so leaves me with about 2800 sq feet. They gave me the classic switch and bait wanted to charge me an extra 150 dollars for 200 square feet of bedroom cleaning which is minimal, had prior cleaning service. Talked to the manager, Jose and he was unwilling to help. I would strongly NOT recommend this business with such poor customer service. They DO NOT HONOR coupons and try to upselll you .... reminds me of time shares. RUN DO NOT USE their cleaning servicesKeith M. Quint, M.D.
