I can start by saying I don’t have the words to describe how grateful I am. I’m so used to being shut down or told “we are at full capacity “ i was there for 3days/two nights staff didn’t hesitate to give me and my three kids a place to stay .. when it comes down to not having where to go this place has all the basic essentials to be safe and off the streets .Thank you for helping families in crisis

Me and my 4yr old son had nowhere else to go.Mr.steve spoke to his supervisor and they accepted us even when there was no room.The family center staff were always nice.I am very grateful for this place,I feel so safe here.THANK YOU FRESNO RESCUE MISSION

Fresno Rescue Mission saved my children and me from being completely homeless. Ive been here for 3 months and i have accomplished receiving my CNA Certification, as well as getting a full-time job with benefits at a Clovis Healthcare Center. Im in the process of getting housing for my family and i have the Fresno Rescue Mission to thank for that.

I am a alumni of program and God Works threw this place to help people live a life free of the addictions that are destroying there lives i struggled with addiction issues most of my adult life and I know God placed me in the Fresno rescue mission to save my life. Thank you Fresno rescue mission and I pray that God continues to bless your works. Praise The Lord in the mighty name of Jesus.

No stars, My husband gave them an older Mercedes they told him they were going to repair it. At first I wasnt in favor so I cancelled it. Then my husband insisted the guy had the parts and they were going to repair it. they didnt they sold it and our son said we could have gotten more for it from the parts place. When we received the papers work they merely sold it to the parts place probably, the experience was fraudulent as they told my husband they were going to repair it. I was going to take it to the Discovery store they have a separate entity to handle such things and I had the paperwork but my husband in said the Rescue Mission helps people from what I have read it is apparent they dont help everyone equally they may need more oversight or new leadership or disband thre are plenty of other agencies that represent themselves better. How sad they arent doing a better job.

My son was court-ordered to be there for a year-and-a-half best thing that ever happened to him he now has faith hes doing excellent holding down his job 3 years now providing for his family and guiding them in the right direction thank you Jesus

My boyfriend and I went here for help and was put on the streets. The guy who works in the front AT NIGHT was rude and was denied a place because LAST YEAR had helped my bf for 2 days while he worked. (Its a new year) I think its unfair they have spots on that floor available and are putting homeless on the streets..The men who do the program and help outside on the other hand r very helpful and do there best to help.

This place is great the people here are awesome I started volunteering last week. I can honestly say I love it and I believe the Lord led me to this place. I have been through a lot and I really wanted to help others with the comfort and compassion God has given me and volunteering here will help me do just that. I most likely will be sticking around for a long while.Also FRM has said that people with mental illnesses are best suited for a place where the people are experienced in dealing with people who have that condition because Fresno Rescue Mission is not a mental institution and they do not have experience with that so if they resfuse to accept people with metal illnesses that is why and you need to seek help at the appropriate facility.

No one comes to the Father except through me.Meaning that Jesus the guy the works at the front desk at the Fresno Rescue Mission refuses to let anyone talk to someone else besides himself. He is so nosey that he wants to know EVERYTHING!Seriously, 2 inches on a Caucasian and/or Hispanic guy hair is passable. But when it comes to a Black guy hair 2 inches is a fro that needs to be cut! They have NO clue about African American hair!The guy Jesus lies so much that he stutters trying to cover his lie when hes caught!People with mental illness arent too much welcomed there. I tried talking to someone regarding my concerns but you cant get through Jesus.Fresno Rescue Mission is such a joke! A hypocraite! I wouldnt donate to them! Keep up with EX Gang members! Seems like to me, when they graduate Fresno Rescue Mission succeeds! They get their wings!

My time at the Rescue mission was Ok. Sally with that southern hospitality made me feel at home. Prayers for that Brotha he deserves a raise! Jerry on the other hand was a jerk couldnt even multitask didnt wash my clothes when I commanded him.. I contacted the Fresno Rescue Mission asking if a staff member may be able meet with our organization to help educate ourselves on the resources available for the homeless in the community. The lady who called me back, Karen, said it was short-notice, she was busy flying out next week and could not help me. I asked if maybe someone else could help or if she could recommend an organization I could call, she repeated me the same thing. She said she didnt know what I wanted. Clearly she was not listening to me and her mind was somewhere else.I was very disappointed that the Rescue mission asks me for money every year, willingly, I usually send them a check every year, but the one time I wanted something very small from them, they shut me off completely. No more money for the Rescue Mission from our family.

This place is amazing and help so many people rather its hungry, homeless,or addiction.

I cant say anything truthful without severe repercussions like not being allowed to stay at a shelter because they can chose to turn you away if I talk about the rude cruelties towards me and other girls & women who are fleeing domestic violence. Its not merely my experience it is repeated oft over and over again when I have talked to others.THE MEN HERE WERE ABSOLUTELY CRUEL TO A POOR WOMAN HAVING A SEIZURE YELLING AT HER ABOUT GETTING UP. (because of my own medical issuesTHEY OVER AND OVER ACCUSSED ME OF DOING DRUGS IN MY ORGINAL INTAKE BACK IN 2016. THIS WAS OBSCENELY CRUEL. THE DEVIL COMES ONLY TO STEAL KILL AND DESTROY AND THAT TATTED SUPPOSEDLY REFORMED MAN BEHIND THE DESK WAS LITTERALLY LAUGHING AT MY EXPENSE AND MY DISTRESS.IT IS VERRRRY TRAUMATIC TO VICTIMS OF SEXUAL ASSULT, VERBAL ABUSE, PHYSICAL ABUSE. OR ANY OTHER KIND TO BE BLAMED.HAVING YOUR FIRST INTIAL CONTACT WHEN YOU RUN FOR HELP TO ESCAPE THE BRUISES NOT BELIEVING YOU, ACCUSING YOU, AND BLAMING YOU.FREANO RESCUE MISSION IS NOT THE CHAPEL ON THE HILL THEY TRY TO MAKE THEMSELVES OUT TO BE

Look it was cool at 1st but now the guys here act like ass hoes look and they all do drugs i know this because i sold them some doop thats on god and i do not lie at all and i do not use drugs and am here going 17 months and they have got me fro $1600 i get $1000 a months and eveyone like it because they are doing the same as them so by👎👎👎👎
