Michelle was amazing. She conducted my grandmas hearing test and took her time explaining things and options. She was pleasant and easy going. She also seemed very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave us information I didn’t think to ask. The only reason I did not give this place a 5 star was the secretary. She wasn’t polite when we got there. And upon walking out she asked Michelle not I “ are we doing anything for them” when Michelle said no, she started nodding her head in annoyance, and it made me uncomfortable. We still needed to talk financing options with my dad and grandpa before making a decision on which hearing aids to get. I felt judged by her, I was not wasting their time, this is genuinely something new for us, I was there to help translate for my grandma and my dad is the one who would ultimately decide later as I got all the information. I wish the secretary was a bit more understanding.

My visit was awesome from the moment I walked in the door until I left. Everyone is so nice. I was very impressed with the testing procedure.

Dont bother spending the high dollars. We have been trying to get my Moms aids to work for over 4 years. Biggest...most expensive mistake we have ever made. Will make adjustments during her appointments and then 2 weeks later they have gone bad again. They try to do a good job but the technology just is to finicky. Bluetooth to phone is very poor.

The staff treats the client very well and respectfully. My hearing aid has done nothing but work excellent. If I have had a problem such as my dog stealing my hearing aids I have been able to take them in for a quick repair.

My Beltone hearing aids along with the absolute amazing and professional help at the Fresno office has truly changed my life! I have had hearing loss from surgeries as a newborn, so reading lips and asking others to repeat themselves more than once just seemed normal to me. It wasnt until my late 20s when I decided to do a hearing test at Fresnos Beltone hearing aid location and, like I mentioned, I knew I had more than normal hearing loss but never did I think my hearing loss was equivalent to others in their 70s-80s years of age! When I first put in my hearing aids in, I was absolutely speechless. It is hard to even put in words the substantial amount of what I am able to hear now; words with the letter S became beyond noticeable, being able hear others whispers, cell phone rings, footsteps, TV volume doesn’t have to be all the way up, hearing others from a distance, and I never realized how loud birds truly are! I thought I was going to be self-conscious about what others thought when first wearing them, but the tradeoff being able to hear everything is worth every single bit and I never take them off! People say they don’t even notice them until I mentioned it. I have the Receiver-in-Ear style and I absolutely love how I can control my hearing aids from my phone, answer phone calls on them, play music, and the rechargeable case makes my hearing aids batteries last! I recommend the Fresno location as well as the Beltone hearing aids for every age young or older!

The service with this Beltone location has always been superior. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to go there and I leave with my hearing needs always addressed.

Everyone at BELTONE are always friendly. Appointments are on time. I was given the option of going inside or simply send my hearing aids in for cleaning. I elected going inside. Wax was removed from my ears and aids cleaned and I was out within 15 minutes. Everyone wore masks, gloves as needed and site felt safe.

I am in my late 20s and I can not believe that I waited this long to get hearing aids. I have never personally passed a hearing test that has been given, even with the three surgeries on each ear I had as a baby. I was never able to hear whispers and when in highschool and more in college I had to sit in the front of the classrooms in order to hear the Teachers/ Professors. I have the latest model of the Beltone hearing aids, which gives me the ability to control EVERYTHING from my phone on Beltone app! I can pick a Restaurant Mode or Outdoor Mode, Music Mode, and of course Personal Mode where you can fully customize your hearing aids. Did I mention they have GPS? If you lose one you can find its location. Yet alone the portable charger that charges my hearing aids last for a full easily 48 hours! Let me make this not a long story short! Worth every single penny! And DO NOT be shy or embarrassed of hearing aids if you are so call self conscious. Everyone I have shown my hearing aids to said that they didnt even seen them unless I told them! Again, recommend to Everyone!
