The lady Gene was so rude we have been waiting for a patient to be picked up it’s been around 1 hour. When I called to see what was the ETA Gene answered and stated “I already spoke to the patient and family” she did not let me speak and continued to interrupt me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I can give no stars I would.

Excellent, friendly, and professional service. Austin showed up a few minutes early to pick me up for my appointment, and he was there waiting for me when I was finished. He even offered to pick me up some food for when I was done, as he knew I had to fast prior and would be hungry afterwards. I highly recommend this company, and will use them again should the need arise.

I would like to say I used this transport today. Austin was my driver, working with transportation of special needs children for 30+ years I was very impressed with his professionalism. He was very one on one with me and showed perfect safety skills. I havent left my room in over 4 months. Austin is as ASSET to this company and would reccomend this transportation company because the foundation of his training was well bvb ou . The price is fair, but the service is EXCELLENT .

I was employed by this NEW COMPANY recently and I was really surprised by how UNPROFESSIONALISM was shown to me during my training. I have NEVER in my career complained about any of my past experiences with any of my jobs. But, I am tired of getting mistreated and lied to.
