I bring my boyfriend to take a class here. He seems to really enjoy it. He speaks highly of the teacher. Its a bit concerning because he often comes home bruised up. He seems happy about it though, so I guess if that is your thing this might be the place for you. You also might throw up from running to much but again boyfriend seems to be into it. Overall if you are looking for a wrestling class. This seems to be a good one
