I had made an appointment with them two weeks prior and they rescheduled me for another day because they had a commercial job that they were working on and needed to bump me to a day that they had no idea if that would even work for me.When I called Elena she was so matter of fact with a rude I dont care attitude.Why take appointments two weeks before if youre not going to honor them?I have a party and I specifically called prior to make the appointment to ensure that the service was completed before our event.Only after a rant, she said well I can try to get them there today if not Friday. Well, I never received a call from them nor a text stating the Friday appointment either.So unprofessional!Felt like, because Im just a homeowner and a potential new client that it was easy to push me off.So I come on here and see another lady Sandy D., who waited all day for them to show with no call. Im positive that this DID HAPPEN.Of course they answered with....... oh, I think you have the wrong company.Too funny. Im most definitely thinking it was this same company.I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone!And I know A LOT OF PEOPLE.

Was told when I made the appointment on June 21st that they would quote me and clean the same time. Guy just showed up, measured, quoted hypothetically, said I would get a call from the office with the exact quote, then he left. Not what they promised me.

Central Valley Window have done great work on my house for the last 10 years. The crews are well trained and courteous. The crews have cleaned my gutters, windows inside and outside, window screens, solar panels, inside mirrors and glass shower doors. They also have replaced the batteries on all my smoke detectors. I would highly recommend the team (William, Nolan and Jose) from Central Valley Window Cleaning who came to our house today, July 30, 2019, to do biannual window cleaning. This is the third or fourth time we have used Central Valley Window Cleaning to clean the windows in our home in Fresno. Scheduling an appointment that was convenient for us was easy. We were called a couple of days before the appointment to confirm the date and time. About 1/2 hour before the appointment we were notified that they were on their way. The team arrived on time. They were polite and professional. They respected our home and wore shoe covers inside our home. Any spilt water was promptly cleaned up. They vacuumed the screen door window tracts before cleaning the windows and screens. They left our home clean and the windows came out looking great.

These guys are a real class act. Their professionalism is second to none. My windows havent been detailed in a decade and these guys brought them back to life. I definitely recommend them.
