I have lived here for 3 years and in that time weve been almost harassed with apartment checks, buy the worst part is the gardeners. If you work late, dont plan on sleeping at all considering they use various engine-powered, very loud tools, at 8-9 in the morning right next to the apartment windows. They say they have security and while I see the guard around,, Ive still had my car broken into and stolen from right outside my front door. When I moved in the entire apartment was pretty outdated and needed a very hefty amount of cleaning to be able to be lived in. I also have to spray around my apartment constantly to keep out the roaches, which look to be half an inch long, possibly more. If you happen to pay your rent online and your card declines for some weird reason, you will be forced to pay with money orders for the remaining duration of your lease. Definitely not what I expected my first apartment complex to be like, and Im not happy with my experience here.

Not the cleanest of places, my friend lives there and tells me how they are roaches all over, and also his a party person but his roommates take it to an extreme drinking every night and having people over. I didn’t believe him and was okay with the partying but they don’t clean after themselves and it’s disgusting.!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I was told by one of the WORKERS they recommended me to sign 2 lease at a different apartment now I am in this crazy situation where I have to sale my lease and the worker there Rachel told me if I did not sell my lease I am still responsible for that lease. I also talked to another worker named Jose Ramirez he told me to tell him the whole situation on how it started and I told him it started when one of the WORKERS there recommend me to sign two lease at a different apartment he said he would help me if I told him the whole situation but all he did was turn things on me instead of trying to see how this situation started . please do not sign a lease unless you want these people cheating you out your money. I am only a college freshman and still have to go through this they even said I am not the first person to go through this that means they need to change this and explain all this better for incoming students because the way they are doing all this just seem like they are trying to get money out people. This is not right!!!

Great place to live, would highly recommend living here for any college student. It is nice being so close to campus and there is a sense of safety having security present during the night. Office staff is very helpful and welcoming and always having fun games/giveaways!

I love this complex. First apartment Ive lived in away from home and i love it! The staff is incredible, the housing is great. Theres so much provided for us that makes life simple here. Been living here for two years and NEVER had a problem with the staff nor rodents thank God

I lived here for a year before and moved to another complex to try something else. Trust me bulldog village is as good as it gets. I tried University village which is ridiculous. Campus edge has been the worst. This complex offers security 24 hours straight almost and the wifi actually works! i loved living here it was so safe and convenient.

Good place to live. Close to fresno state and taco bell. Wish had better WiFi and own bathroom. Pretty loud at some points during the night. The people here are very cool and laid back. Very helpful.

We toured the model unit, with the nice laminate flooring. Model furniture.ect. We signed the years lease. Upon move in, the unit was absolutely disgusting, old dated furniture. Old dated dirty carpet. The unit was not cleaned or painted prior to move in. I cant believe that these people would show you a model unit and already know you will not be getting anything like that. Such a let down, I took pictures and wrote this on the move in inspection. They promised to carpet clean and clean the unit after complaining. Which should been done anyway after anyone moves out.

I lived here for three years in a one bedroom apartment with few issues during that time. However, now that I have moved out and received 12$ of my 250$ deposit back... Im very disappointed. I followed the list they gave me for move out and deep cleaned the entire apartment before I moved out. But they have still charged me for steam cleaning the carpets (am I supposed to go rent my own and do it???), dusty blinds (which I did clean, but apparently not well enough), for accidentally taking two plastic ice trays I thought were mine (99cents at the dollar store Im sure), and for having a dirty air filter (I lived here for 3 years and thats something they should change regularly anyways just as a courtesy to the tenants). The list they sent is petty and should not add up to my entire deposit. I have always been a reliable tenant, but I would not recommend bulldog village for ANYONE. Seriously, rent an apartment with friends a little farther off campus.

Paid my lease but im not gnna be attending fresno state no more so now they kept my $1700 from move in and said that i wont receive it untill someone else wants the same exact leas as i nd if they dont find someone im still gnma be paying the months even tho i wont be living there, such a disapointment, and i still hav to pay a $50 fee

As in the survey thing they give you when they sign up it lets them put you with like minded individuals. So for me that means no partying, no smoking, and no drinking (although thatd be fine in within limit). My apartment and room was clean, mostly everything worked fine. The jets overheard have never bugged me. Even my neighbors parties rarely bug me. There have been a couple robberies nearby in other apartments but I think that could happen anywhere and we need to practice being safe to prevent that. The rent could be considered high by some, but for someone like me it is actually low. I am new to the area and new to living on my own, new to college new to everything. The rent outside a place like this would cost me at least $800+ by myself. Now THAT is high. I have a decent apartment for what I think is pretty low. The staff is very helpful and kind and aways there when you need them. If there was anything more I could ask from this apartment would be help getting a job haha they have seem to provided everything else. I even have a pool, bbq, internet, printing, cable, snacks, community activities, 5min walk from class, 2min walk from games. So people can hate on it here they can go to some of the apartments down the street that you can tell are falling apart just from looking at them.

Absolutely horrific. They moved my sister into an apartment with two other roommates that smoked weed, smoked cigarettes, and partied. When my sister moved in there were bottle caps stuck to the ceiling, large black stains on the carpet, and dont get me started on the refrigerator. Then they evict the two roommates for violating the rules and stuck my sister with the move out bill. These people are horrible! DO NOT RENT HERE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!

The apartments are run down. The prices are high. No short term contracts suitable for international students where offered. One gets a wakeup call from the airforce flying over the dwelling. There were burglaries despite the security personnel.

If youre an international student, stay away from this place. Think twice before you give that security deposit. You will not get it back no matter how clean your unit is when you leave.

Motel by the way but very expensive, my daughter was there with 2 other guys, one of them had the boyfriend living with her food, slept and the only thing the guy needed was to bathe there, the other had about 6 days to put a guy I had just met; and they also drank and smoked inside, when he warned at the office, the admirer treated us horrible and although I took my daughter out of that garbage I had to pay all year, THIEVES.
