Efrain Terrones, just happened to show me a house, luck of the draw I guess. He ended up showing me several until I found the one I wanted . It checked all my boxes. I didnt pay more than I needed to and he was by my side the entire way. If I hit a brick wall, he was there to knock it down. I will most likely live in this house the rest of my life, I am 71 years old. But, you just never know. I have worked with Robert several times over the last decade. I am both a real estate investor and home owner. He has assisted me on a total of 6 real estate deals. My wife and I worked with Robert to sell our house and what a great experience it turned out to be!
